Demarkus with Hawkins is a great technician. He did our annual inspection of our pump and heater and was very thorough and explained everything very well. I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me anything which I appreciate.

Thanks to Nathan, our Hawkins Sevice technician, I feel confident about our pool again. It was leaking at one of the seals and they scheduled service promptly after our call and Nathan solved the problem plus did an over check of our system before leaving. He also made sure I knew what to do just in case we had other issues with the pool. Being a novice with pool equipment, I am thankful I got the run down. Thank you Nathan Olsheske and thank you Hawkins Service Co.

This is not the first time I’ve used Hawkins as I have been thoroughly pleased with their work. They are professional, courteous and friendly. They do a great job at reasonable prices. Today’s tech, Jack, was awesome. He added a junction box to exposed wiring in my garage, and fixed a plumbing issue in my MBR sink. I highly recommend him, and Hawkins.

Hawkins always just takes care of everything right the first time. They really know what they are doing. I’ve used them for seven years and they never disappoint me. Added plus, their techs are so nice and never make me feel bad that I ask questions and need things explained to me. Today DJ was here. He was so patient with me and provided expert service with a smile!

Daniel M was awesome, very courteous and thorough. Highly recommend him, took the time to diagnose everything including an ongoing issue with a toilet we had that he fixed quickly.

My techs name was Daniel. He was on time, professional, friendly, courteous, and gave me straightforward answers. Service was great, even though it led to bad news (LOL). But I would definitely hire them again. Daniel did a great job!

Update: I had 2 additional techs come out to further assess and fix my sewer line issue. Blake and John. All in all I’m very happy with the service and the follow up and documentation. They all did a great job to address my issue urgently and professionally

Our toilet backed up on Sunday morning, and Zach was nice enough to come by that afternoon and diagnosed our problem. There was only so much he could do but just having someone there made my wife and I feel much better. On Monday, Sammy and Eric came out and solved our problems and we cannot say enough good things about this company,,,,,,,,just terrific and thank you so much. The three of you made our uncomfortable situation at least bearable. Thank you again and a job well done!!!

My wife and I want to thank Hawkins Service Company for sending out Solomon Davis as our pool technician. Solomon was prompt, prepared, extremely polite, and highly knowledgeable about what needed to be done to solve our problems. He completed the job with total efficiency and his installation and craftsmanship was outstanding. We are happy and so is our pool!!! We highly recommend Hawkins Service Company.

Demarkus is extremely knowledgeable and thorough on performing maintenance on my pool pump and heater. He explained the process in detail, cleaned my equipment, and gave it a clean bill of health.

Daniel Menhart came out today and was absolutely amazing!!! He got out toilet flushing properly for now, and has us set up with a great game plan! As long as our Landlord choses to do the right thing, we will be in good shape! We truly appreciated Daniel’s honesty and hard work. He was courteous and kept everything clean!

In the last 24 hours, I’ve had three Hawkins service visits—each one better than the last.
I initially called Hawkins for repairs on my pool heater. Within an hour, the heater was fixed, and I was also provided with a helpful list of other pool items that may need attention in the future.
At the same time, a general service was being performed on my two air-conditioning units. During my call for the pool repair, I was offered maintenance contracts for both the pool and my whole home. I’m very glad I decided to move forward with those.
While the heater repair was underway, the system began sending fault alerts to the thermostat. This has happened in the past and requires immediate attention, as it can cause the system to shut down. The HVAC technician explained that although he had completed the scheduled service, he strongly recommended having another technician look at the issue right away—and assured me someone would be sent as soon as possible.
Just three hours later, another technician arrived, resolved the issue, and provided recommendations to help prevent it from happening again in the future.
I have owned six homes and have never worked with a contractor who is this competent across so many service areas—or able to respond so quickly.

Jordan Diaz is the best technician you could ask for. If you’re lucky enough to have him dispatched to your home for plumbing you’ll receive the best service possible! Beyond happy with his professionalism and attention to detail!

I called midday on Monday and they immediately connected me to someone who could come out that day to give me an estimate. The technician was amazing. He was super nice and helpful. Honest and straight to the point. The pricing was well below what I anticipated and he fixed our plumbing issues right then and there. Even took the time to check out another issue in the house. He also took the time to explain what he found, how we can better take care of things and recommended products. Beyond happy with Daniel and the company today.

Hawkins was here today (Chris) and set my controls back up. Added a heater. All devices and controls were destroyed during the hurricane. It will be great to use the hot tub tonight. First time in over a year. Chris was excellent. Very knowledgeable and professional! Thank you.

Hawkins is a phenomenal HVAC company! They provide quality equipment and service and stand behind everything they do. They are the most professional HVAC company I've ever experienced in over 35 years of owning homes in different parts of the country. I absolutely LOVE my Daikin Fit system. I should have bought it sooner to take advantage of the huge energy savings.

Jacob with Hawkins Plumbing did an amazing job, he replaced our toilet with a brand new American Standard. Jacob did an amazing job and was very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Hawkins and Jacob!

I hired Hawkins to install electric for our screened lanai. They also installed 2 ceiling fans and mounted a 65" tv to the wall. Jack did an excellent job. He was up front about price, the options we had, and the communication was great. We are very satisfied with the job he did. I highly recommend this company!

I cannot say enough great things about Rey and his helper Bradley from Hawk Services. These two young men were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient throughout the entire installation process.

Rey took the time to explain every step of what they were doing and answered every single question I had without hesitation. Johann Martinez was absolutely wonderful. Hec ame out to give me a quote for installing a camera in my backyard and adding a backyard outlet and also installing a fixture over my island I have been procrastinating for three years. He was amazing to work with and I am so impressed with how everything looks!

The interesting issue to me is when people complain about the price. More oftened than not a few sentences later they are complaining about their A/C or the repairman or something else. I don't. Fast has always been fair, fast, and professional. Oh, and the old system I had was kept running at minimal costs for the last four years by Fast. When that system was finally really broke I had them quote me multiple tier's of systems and chose the one I wanted from that. The installation went as they said it would. I am very happy with it.
