I rarely leave reviews, but I absolutely had to share my experience with James because it was truly outstanding from start to finish. From the moment he arrived, it was clear I was dealing with someone who genuinely cares about their work and their customers.

Not only was James punctual and professional, but he was also incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way I could actually understand.

But what really stood out to me was their kindness, respect for my home, and commitment to doing the job right. You don’t come across that combination very often these days.

I wouldn’t call anyone else for my AC needs. Seriously, five stars isn’t enough!

Cruz with masons air came out to fix my A/C and did an awesome job! Super friendly, quick, and knew exactly what he was doing. My a/c is blowing nice and cool again — thanks Cruz!

KUDOS!! To MIchael and Daniel for a job well done. My air condition unit was in bad shape. These young men saw what the problem was and tackled it head on. I was shown the new and old diagram. I cannot say enough about Jon and Luca. The heat this summer has been unbearable. Those two men worked so hard. I don't know how they did. They were kind and respectful the entire time. They did a wonderful job installing my new AC unit and they also installed new duct work in an attic that had to be over 100 degrees. They would not leave my house until they were finished, and my AC was up and running. The next day they came back to clean up everything in my garage. It looked nicer and cleaner than it did before they started. You don't see many people these days who take that much pride in doing a good job.
Mason is very lucky to have them as a part of their team. Thank you so much.

Erin was very prompt, communicated prior to getting to my house. Was very knowledgeable and diagnosing any issues and suggesting solutions to my household AC flow problems. I felt very well taken care of and the company was reasonably priced for the amount of work that will need to be done. I would recommend Erin and Mason air conditioning.

Had a problem with my ac/ heating unit not heating and called mason and Q was very helpful and got me an appointment scheduled. Very courteous and professional. Very thankful and would highly recommend mason for any heating and air problem in my home

Can’t recommend Mason strongly enough. Our heat went out the day the cold weather started and the company was able to get to us the same day after I called first thing when the cold weather had arrived. They got our heat going and came back the next day to do some minor stuff found when they examined our system. They have nothing but 5 star reviews on Yelp, and I’m about to add another one. I was very impressed with quality of service and personal character of Aaron as well as every employee with whom I dealt. Professional and compassionate as well as a good listener. I've never had such a good experience with service staff before. THANK YOU, AARON for handling a complex job and going the extra mile to help us.

Aaron did a great job quickly diagnosing a Goodman package unit at one of my rental units. The problem ended up being a bad high pressure cutoff switch for the compressor and a bad condensor fan motor. Approx a month before this incident the same AC unit had other issues and Mason AC replaced the capacitor, installed a hard start kit, and cleaned the condensor coil. On this 2nd visit Aaron recommended i replace unit even though its only 7 years old. Mason AC gave me credit for the cost of previous work done plus no charge for the 2nd service call and diagnostic. I was looking at a total of approx $2400 for repairs or 7k for new unit, (after discount) so i bit the bullet and went wirh new unit just to get my tenant AC as fast as possible and have piece of mind for a while with a warranty. Nothing against Mason AC but its a shame that the AC industry now says you can expect 8 to 10 years service from these expensive units. And the units are too expensive to fix so throw it away and get another!

I requested estimates for duct repair through Yelp on a Friday evening. Mason Air responded promptly that same evening, scheduled an appointment, and sent Aaron, an HVAC Specialist. Aaron was personable and professional, making the experience seamless. I highly recommend Mason Air for their excellent service.

The new AC system installed 6mos ago by Mason Air did not heat when switched on for first cold of the season. Aaron made the house call, the same day, shortly after I reported the issue. Within an hour Aaron had the heat working. He reprogrammed the wiring panel for the house zones which had not been set up initially in June. Aaron is extremely knowledgeable, was respectful, & answered all questions with excellent communication & follow through. This was on warranty service.

Aaron is an excellent technician on Mason Air’s staff. He knows that the greatest asset that Mason Air has are well satisfied clients. His knowledge and technical expertise makes sure that Mason Air has a well pleased cadre of clients.
