Matt and Gina are fantastic - highly recommend! I have worked with them now twice for my clients as a realtor. On both occasions, we called them last minute for help and they were out the very next day. Matt is very professional and a super cool guy! He explained everything to me and my clients in detail, never made us feel rushed, provided quotes in a timely manner. He was able to fit us in for a new roof, flashing, soffits and gutters within a week. His team was on time every day, they worked from 7 am to 7 pm and finished the job in 2.5 days. He was extremely honest, explained the pricing and showed us that there would be no hidden fees - he was a man of his word!

These are honest people that do quality work! He is a licensed GC, roofer and does extensive HVAC work. If i could give them 10/10 - I would! Definitely give them a call ;)

When my wife and I moved into our new home we had a handful of immediate projects we wanted to complete as well as things that needed to be addressed after closing. Not being from the area we asked around and did our due diligence and this company came highly recommended. They worked with us to bring our vision to life and the quality of the work can’t be overstated. The employees were professional and punctual, allowing things to actually finish ahead of schedule. Highly recommend.

Matt and Gina were an absolute joy to work with. Extremely professional, Tampa Bay Home Solutions came out and replaced our ancient AC unit with a resonably priced, brand new one. The new unit works great and has even significantly reduced our power bills. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Had an amazing experience with TB Home Solutions! Gina was very prompt in getting my appointment scheduled as soon as possible, and Matt was quickly able to diagnose and fix my AC unit. He was very knowledgable and professional, would definitely recommend and will use them in the future.

We connected with Matt and Gina through our realtor while in a sticky situation with solar panel installation issues, selling our home, and wanting to keep buyers happy and confident in us. I tell you all of that as Matt & Gina made sure all of the communication between parties: inspectors, buyers, warranty folks, realtors and us was quick and valuable. And when the warranty folks asked Matt to do the work, we were over the moon - knowing it would be done right and without any delay of the closing. We appreciated James' experience and skill also!

We had to have a completely new HVAC system installed including all ductwork. Tampa Bay Home Solutions disconnected mini split units and installed a new HVAC system including all ductwork. They kept all mini split unit parts organized and in tact. Matt was very personable. Matt is very nice and was patient with all my questions. The crew completed the work timely and efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. They even worked through the weekend. We couldn’t be more happy with the service they provided and Tampa Bay Home Solutions’ cost was WELL BELOW that of other estimates we received. We will definitely be using Tampa Bay Home Solutions for our HVAC annual maintenance. We recommend Tampa Bay Home Solutions to anyone needing HVAC installation or repairs. You will be pleased you used them.

Amazing company! I called them Sunday morning and they were on site within two hours and identified the problem with my unit. It is still under warranty, they even took care of the that part, I didn’t have to worry about it. They were able to repair and get everything back up and running within 24 hours of my initial call and for a fair price. Highly recommend!
