HVAC reviews in Tampa, Florida

I have been getting the AC maintenance done by Mason AC for the last three years. They have done a great job in maintaining the AC equipment for my two rental properties in Riverview. In September 2025 they also did extended cleaning of HVAC system. One of the things that I like about Mason's is the professional courtesy and the technical excellence they have show in many of the visits that they have been at my rental properties for AC system repair or maintenance. One thing they can improve is the communication within their office between technical and administrative staff. Because of this kind of lapse in communication I had to wait for the tech who did not show up on one of the appointments recently in September. However, I will give them benefit of doubt for this one time communication failure. Overall, Mason AC INC has done a very good job in meeting my expectations. Hopefully they continue doing a great job.

I called on a Saturday afternoon hoping I could get someone on Monday. Two hours later Jon was at my door. He quickly troubleshooted that my thermostat was bad and replaced it. He explained to me the whole process and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this company for your hvac needs.

From start to finish the whole team was phenomenal. James the manager was very attentive and assured me that the problem would be found and a solution provided, he also let me know there techs are well trained and knowledgeable. Aaron came out and wow!!! James was right, within a short time he discovered the issue and had it fixed. First class company! Highly recommend

Daniel and Michael were an amazing crew. What a phenomenal job!!! These guys are the real deal. If all of Mason’s crew are this good then the sky is the limit for this company. Joshua was great as well!!!
