I was really impressed with the customer service of this company and their professionalism. Both guys are extremely detailed-oriented in their explanation of the job as well as the costs. They took their time and did not rush. I can say they both take pride in their work. The work was completed on time and job site was clean when they left. I am so happy to have discovered this company. They are one of those rare contractors not found easily in this area. I will be using them again in future.

Did research when I moved from a different state to Florida for HVAC and other utility companies. Lombard A/C kept showing up on Goggle and Yelp. I thought, perfect I found a company and added their company name to list. Then on a Saturday night I had to call them. Luckily they answered my frantic call and walked me through what the issue was and what I needed to do prior to someone coming out to look at the issue. I was told it be the next morning and within 12 hours of my phone call a very nice young gentleman came. He was very kind and up front with what the issue was (blocked drain pipe). He explained what I needed to do for this and also took the time to explain what he was doing to correct the issue. He came back 2 days later since I am a new home owner and was never told nor given a service record for the HVAC system. He replaced a bad part and cleaned the entire system, again explaining everything that was going on and what I need to do in the future to keep system going efficiently. I agree with the other reviews that say they will look no further for their HVAC system repair company! Lombard A/C is gem and I also will be looking nowhere else. Thank you Lombard A/C 😁

I called to have my rental home’s AC checked due to a leak. They were prompt with setting up a same day inspection and received a detail explanation as to what the problem was and how to fix it. They were able to do the service sooner than expected and now the AC is working perfectly. Will definitely be using them in the future!
