Called Jaime's and they arrived on time. And the next day I had a new air conditioning unit.

Our AC broke and I called Jaime at 8 am and it was fixed by 9:30 am. We have used him several times in the past and he is always very prompt and knowledgeable.

I called Jaime at 8 Am explain what happened and what a night we had with no AC. Jaime sent out A team member Fitz he did a wonderful job and we slept like baby’s. Thank you Jaime Central Air Conditioning.

We have used Jaime AC for many years now. They have fair pricing, always on-time and very professional. I would highly recommend them to any service or installation of AC or HVAC.

This company performed a service on the air conditioners on behalf of the seller of the condo that we purchased prior to our closing. They stated that the air conditioners just needed to be cleaned and that otherwise they were fine including refrigerant level. We noted that the units seemed to be running excessively and our first electric bill confirmed that impression - over $100 more than a larger condo that we moved from. We have had three reputable companies check the units and all state that they have low refrigerant levels indicating a leak in the coil as well a bad capacitor (pictured below). Because the units are older and use Freon we need to replace both units at a cost of at least $10,000. Both my wife and I spoke to Jaime who was rude and vulgar and passed this off as other vendors just trying to make money.

4 years ago they installed 2 units in our house, and this year we learned that they installed them improperly, not even to code. This caused leaks that corroded our kitchen ceiling. There was no pitch to drain condensation. Constant problems. Moreover Trane AC units are unreliable and constantly break. I’m replacing the whole thing today with a different company and AC unit. $20,000 spent 5 years ago and again today $15,000. Don’t hire these guys.

I am a manager and a corporate tire shop in South Tampa the gentleman that came out to inspect our duct work,said that it needed replacing, I watched this gentleman walk around my showroom looking upward at a 12-ft ceiling with no visible ducts tell me that they needed replacing then ask me to sign a form confirming that he performed his inspection without even pulling out a ladder. After signing and requesting to make a copy before he leaves he took offense to the fact that I put note on the form stating that he did not even climb up a ladder, he took the form from my hand ripped it in half gave me the middle finger and proceeded to drive out of my parking lot speeding away. Jamie isn’t some AC technician - he’s a master at his trade with decades of experience. He’s been servicing our family and extended family’s AC needs for years. He’s always professional and responsive to get whatever your AC situation is diagnosed quickly and very reasonably taken care. He’s saved us literally thousands of dollars when other companies before have quoted for unnecessary price gouging repairs. Don’t look any further because he is the real deal and you can trust his work!

I am never disappointed when I call Jaime Air. They always come out quickly, and are friendly and thorough. Every time we have an issue, we think this is the time we're going to have to replace the unit, but they've always been able to fix it. I appreciate their honesty. When the time comes that we actually do have to replace it, I'm definitely calling them. Highly recommend!

Best AC repair I have ever used! We have been Jaime customers for several years and I would never call anyone else. The service is always prompt, reasonably priced, and completely solves our problem. I really believe that this is an honest and hard working company. Highly recommended.

Jamie leaves in our Neighbour hood and he called him to clean the ac drain line which he came and clean it but it keep clogging again and again. I called him and ask him take a look again and he yelled stop calling me. Vary rude guy and specially if he treat fellow Neighbour like this I can imaging how low his work ethics are.

Jamie the owner was very unpleasant to deal with! He came out today and quoted me $1,300 for an a/c repair and said it needed Freon. When I told him no thank you he went ballistic. Started yelling and cursing. I paid him $80 in cash for the service call and then he yelled at me, got in my face and tore up the money. Surreal experience. The kicker is I got a new quote for $300 for freon but when the new a/c tech actually came out he told me I didn’t need to do anything that it was just a valve that needed to be open. Do not use Jaime Central Air Conditioner and Heating. Scary experience.

Jaime will leave you high and dry. It’s been less than a year from my install and I having multiple issues with the install. Also, on a service call he broke the drain line in the ceiling and it caused $2000 worth of damage and jaimes response : “not my responsibility “. Guy is a joke do not use him. 1 star because I can’t set 0 stars.

I was very nervous about using a new AC company to replace a new AC unit but Jaime’s info came very well recommended. He and his crew were 100% bilingual, they were kind, clean, professional and they offer more for the same price than the other 4 quotes I received. They were fast to respond at all my inquiries and my AC is working amazingly, I could not believe the difference! I’m looking forward to fill all the forms to receive the TECO rebate. Thanks again!

I NEEDED SERVICE ON A VERY GOOD GE REFRIGERATOR THAT HAD BEEN DISCONTINUTED FOR 5 YRS AND COULD NO LONGER GET PARTS FOR. MIKE CAME OUT TO SEE WHAT HE COULD DO TO FIX MY PROBLEM. THIS WAS GREATLY APPRECIATED SINCE MY APPLIANCE WAS STILL IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. HE TOOK HIS TIME AND RESOLVED MY PROBLEM WITH EXCELLENT RESULTS. NO MORE REFRIGERATOR PROBLEM...YEH!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIKE AS A VERY CARING & HONEST PROFESSIONAL REPAIRMAN. 5 STARS WELL DESERVED.

Called for to get service performed on my dishwasher and ice maker. They spent the time with me on the phone to diagnose the problems. And as a result I was able to fix the problem by just purchasing a single part! Would highly recommend this company for any service needed!

Keep away from this place they are crooks , lie and dont know what they are doing!. Called them to fix my refrigerator lights and made me buy a door switch which did not fix issue came back and still did not fix problem was told “ he did not build refrigerator” yet did not waste anytime cashing my check. Was told the trip fee was free lies! I spent $138 and NOTHING WAS FIXED! Their 5 star rating is a lie !!!! SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!

Honestly could not be happier with the service and overall experience. Mike asked questions and diagnosed my issues straight away over the phone and he really knows his stuff. Instead of patching and allowing an issue to continue he took great care of me. Highly recommend.

I could not be happier with the service I received. Mike was amazing and did everything he could do to make me comfortable until the motor replacement came in. He is a very trustworthy, honest person who does a fantastic job. I will continue to use his services when needed.
