The quote I got was very fair and I appreciate that all my questions were answered. Would recommend and will continue to use their services.

Honestly my first encounter with Juan was so inspiring!! He’s friendly, knowledgeable and professional….but his aura displays peace,confidence and patience. My wife was so impressed with Lombard Air Conditioning LLC she alerted all her friends and family to select Lombard for any future projects. The worst air conditioning company in Florida. Don’t be fooled by their cheap prices you get what you pay for. Bought a new AC system through them and they sent someone to install with no experience. They wired it wrong and cost me over $750 in electricity and did damage to my brand new system. They would not stand behind their mistake or their poor quality work. Pay a little extra and go with a more reliable company or you will regret it like I do.

My old AC was a leaky mess, high electric bills along with uneven cooling throughout the house and especially poor cooling in one bedroom.   Juan evaluated the system, inspected the existing ductwork and made a recommendation for fixing the existing problems.   The office staff kept me well informed throughout the process of getting answers to my questions, quoting various configurations for me and scheduling the installation.  The installation crew was courteous, professional and hard working.   My job required replacing both the inside and outside units and virtually all of the existing ductwork to correct my cooling issues.   The job was quoted as taking two days, and the crew worked tirelessly into the evening to complete the job as promised.  The installation was very well done, looking super clean and tidy.  They did a great job of cleaning up and removing all remnants of the major overhaul they performed.  Oh, and all of my previous issues are fixed. I will definitely be calling on them to maintain my new system, as well as recommending them to friends and family.

Updated 2nd review: I cannot rate this company highly enough (I would give them 10 stars if I could!). This is the second time we've used them, and they are incredible. We called them on Thursday night while Hurricane Helene was barreling through Florida when our AC went out. I had no idea if they would even be open. They not only answered but got Juan to come out first thing the next morning and fixed our AC in 2 hours. Their prices are fair too. In my experience, most companies try to rip you off. Not Lombard AC! They are the utmost professionals.

Lombard service my AC unit about a month ago and did a wonderful job! Even after fixing the AC they took time to explain what happen. Other companies just fix and stick-out their hand begging for money but not Lombard. When my sister AC went out yesterday, I just had to call Lombard to do the job. I called them and they came right out “The Same day”!

I am extremely happy with process in obtaining the replacement/installation of my new HVAC system ICP Grandaire performed by Lombard Air Conditioning LLC. The installers were very courteous, and knowledgeable, were very diligent and also did not leave a mess. Even Juan L. Lombard came at end to make sure all was satisfactory. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing repair or a new system.

Our air conditioner went out the Sunday before Memorial Day. The owner came out within two hours to check my AC and see what was going on. He tried to do a few things to hold us over but in the end it was a broken compressor. We didn’t know, but our unit had a warranty. They encouraged us to check and sure enough we had one. They could’ve taken advantage of our ignorance but instead they did everything they could to help us. They saved us $1000. The customer service was top notch! The girls in the office checked in with me every step of the way. They came out the following Wednesday and replaced the compressor, recharged our AC within 2 hours. We asked a lot of questions and they explained everything to us in detail and for that I’m very grateful. I will be using them for now on. 10 out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND ☺️

We were so fortunate to find Lombard Air Conditioning! I was visiting my in-laws in St. Pete Beach and they are in their 90's. Over 20 years ago they did a renovation on their condo that required the AC unit to be moved to a new location in the ceiling over their entry way. It was starting to fail and everyone who came to look at it said the space was too small for new units due to environmental regs, etc. My mother in law contacted the original installer and went around and round with them for over two years! They kept saying they'd find this or that and nothing would happen. I took charge and was determined to find another contractor. Enter Lombard! When Juan actually answered the phone in person I knew things were looking up! He arrived at the condo within and hour and a half and while he acknowledged that it was a difficult application he was absolutely confident that they could do it and said he would find the part and start the next day! He gave me a very fair price and sent a detailed quote electronically and we were on our way. He ordered a new part and because the space was so tight, they dismantled the old unit and removed it. They then dismantled the new unit and reassembled it in the confined space. This was not easy! No one else even thought to do this but my suspicion is that the contractors we were speaking with didn't really want to because it's too difficult and they look for the "easy money" jobs. Juan and his son run a fantastic business and they are incredibly hard workers and very knowledgeable and meticulous. They made sure everything was clean after they finished their work (this took two days). They always communicated and if they were running late, I was immediately texted with a revised ETA. Lombard will be doing all of the preventative maintenance going forward. I know that in FL you have a TON of choices in AC repair but save yourself time and piece of mind and just call Lombard!
