Absolutely blown away by the service from 1-Tom-Plumber! I called in at 9:32 AM about a leaking water heater, and Justin immediately booked me — said someone would be out within the hour. Just seven minutes later, Anthony called to say my tech was already on the way! Brian arrived promptly, put on booties (huge plus for cleanliness!), and instantly helped me feel at ease. He had my brand-new water heater installed in just 1 hour and 30 minutes. Super professional, extremely punctual, and the pricing was very competitive. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Brian came by after hours on a Friday and was incredibly friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable. He was sure to connect us to remediation for mold buildup and worked closely with our apartment complex maintenance.
