I have had Louis to my home several times for various issues and recently had Santiago visit to repair some old pipes and install a new faucet. Louis and Santiago have always been on time, are very pleasant to talk to, respectful of my home and refreshingly honest. Santiago did an excellent job servicing our tankless water heater. I was impressed by the communication from Premium
plumbing. It started when Santiago was dispatched to my house. I received a text and real-time tracking updates. Upon arrival, Santiago went over the treatment plan and provided pricing. After an hour, the appointment was completed to my satisfaction.

Louis did a great job. It was very quick and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone.

Had my water softener replaced. Both the admin and Santiago the installer were wonderful. Santiago was especially patient and helpful In answering all my questions. He made sure everything worked and cleaned up before he left.

Santiago diagnosed the problem w my hot water heater, and talked w me about the problem, explaining things clearly. With my permission. he made the repair. He was honest and patient and I feel grateful that he drove 50 miles out of his way to help me. Thank you, Santiago!

Santiago arrived on time and quickly replaced the waste pump that had failed. While onsite, I had another plumbing issue (waste stack drain blocked) that he was able to fit into his schedule and resolve for us. Just not having to reschedule for another visit was really helpful to managing that emergency plumbing in my building, greatly appreciated. I work with a lot of plumbers in property management, and having a skilled, "can do" plumber always places them as my first call.

Santiago was out here within an hour and a half of me calling with my leaky shut off valve. We set up an appointment and he was prompt, professional, and handled all my issues without hesitation.

I would recommend Santiago and Premium plumbing to anybody in the Tampa Bay area.

Santiago came out to fix a leaky hose bib that was beyond a DIY task for me. He had to break through the concrete, which he did carefully, and repatch with new stucco in order to replace the entire copper piece on the outside. He also replaced it with a new nut and a new stem.

He was very neat and efficient. For having to break through the concrete, I believe the price he charged was fair and he was very transparent upon arrival of what the price would be depending on the extent of the work.

Santiago Gonzalez was very professional explained what needed to be done to fix our problem. We have used the company in the past and will continue to use them in the future always had prompt and friendly service from them.

After the initial visit Santiago had suggested getting a water softener installed. I also asked about a whole house water filtration system. I was sent an estimate within 24 hours and everything was scheduled to be installed a week later. Santiago was on time, professional and efficient. He made sure everything was running correctly before he left. I would highly recommend Premium Plumbing. I will definitely be calling for any future plumbing needs.

We had called our normal plumber and they dropped the ball letting us down and this is an apartment community which makes matters an emergency! Alejandro came on a Saturday. Brian and Daniel were here on Monday to conduct a leak detection. Everyone was efficient and professional. I would highly recommend this company and now have a new plumber!
