William did an excellent job repairing a leak from an old copper pipe, originally installed 1983. It wasn’t an easy fix. He tried several different repairs, trying not to have to rip up tile flooring. It took a second trip out to complete the task. Pipe repaired, no more water leaks, left area tidy & clean. Thank you.
We would definitely call on Roto Rooter again for future repairs and specifically ask for William!!

Called them because we had a new fridge delivered and had an issue with the water hook up. I explained all of this to the lady on the phone and what the issue was and she said that was something they could handle. She took all of my information, including my address, which I literally spelled out for her. She said they would be here within an hour and recommended I download the app for updates, so I did. I went into the app and realized that she put the wrong address down so I called them back and updated the address. I was told at least 2 hours at this point. About an hour and 50 minutes later I got a notification in the app that the tech was on the way but the address was still wrong, so I called back a third time. This time, I was told that the address was correct in their system but he didn’t see an appt, so he sent me to dispatch. Dispatch told me the appt was marked as cancelled. I asked if they reinstated it, when someone could be out – was told the next morning. I told them never mind and started calling other companies. As I was on the phone, William from RotoRooter knocked on my door. He was very polite. He looked at everything, made a phone call, and then was very apologetic when he told me that what we needed was not something they could do. No issues with the technician at all but highly dissatisfied with the service/communication otherwise. Waste of several hours. Only giving two stars because of William.

Very professional company. My tech was Michael he was friendly and a hard worker. Up front prices. Had a to fix a broken pipe that broke while I was in the hospital. He even tried to suck up the water from my carpets. I would highly recommend this company and I hope if I ever need help again I get Michael.

Had a reoccurring clog in our branch drain line. A prior plumber did not clear the line correctly. Roto Rooter showed up right away on the same day. Eduart was our plumber from Roto Rooter. He was very pleasant and professional. He explained what the issue was and how to fix it. After he fixed it, he explained everything that was wrong with drain line. The toilet wasn't installed correctly, it was obvious when he showed me and he resolved that issue for us as well. He cleaned up after himself and was very respectful of myself and our home. Recommend calling Roto Rooter when you have this issue.

Joseph from Rotorooter came out to caulk a toilet for free after we had some work done recently that involved pulling the toilet up. Really great company. Highly recommend!

Hunter greeted me with a hand shake asked me what my issues are and broke everything down so plainly. He also gave me pricing before hand and explained worst case scenario. He also advised that the do offer financing as well. Hunter was end and out with no issues. Great customer service.

Adrian provided outstanding plumbing service from start to finish. He arrived on time, was very respectful, and immediately assessed the issue with confidence. His work was efficient, thorough, and he double-checked everything to ensure it was fixed properly. What really stood out was his professionalism and the care he took to leave the space spotless when he was done. I truly appreciate his skill and reliability, and I would gladly recommend Adrian to anyone in need of trusted plumbing support.

On time and same day service. For a leak near the water meter. Johnnie came within the stated arrival window. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He drained the flooded water meter casing, assessed the problem, verified the location of the leak. explained all his steps before he took those steps. He kept us informed about everything he was doing and everything he planned to do. Including a trip to the nearby Home Depot to buy the correct type pipe, he returned within a half hour, and began the installation. Atook two hours. He was very thorough in restoring the concrete meter casing, and cleaned up afterwards to our satisfaction. He walked us through the estimate and I signed and initialed as he directed. He also wrote by hand a promised 1 year guarantee. Johnnie provided excellent friendly service. No more leak!!! No more crazy water bill!! Ask for Johnnie Choate if you call Roto Rooter. Only con -- coupons cannot be combined. I downloaded the $15 for adding the app, but it was either the senior discount or the $15....it seems that I should have been able to use the $15 bec it was the reason for downloading the app. Otherwise, a five-star experience.

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. My family had a broken water-hose pipe and we called this company to come out and fix it the night before. The tech came out and refused to do the job and he never gave us an estimate on how much the service would be. He said “It’s too cold to do the job!” He refused to even do the work and even expressed “A tech from up north who wouldn’t mind the weather can do the job”. He said he couldn’t think because it was too cold for him and that he didn’t want to be outside because the job would take 3 hours. My family is without water and without a fixed pipe. The manager informed us that they would call us back in 2 hours, and when they finally did call someone was suppose to come out. Samuel was the only one that seemed to care. Otherwise it wasn’t great service. This is disappointing, disrespectful, and neglectful that a plumbing service tech that works for a company that has serviced for 90+ years would treat customers this way. Be better. Do better. This isn’t how you treat customers. If the tech didn’t want to work today, he should have called off. Better yet, if you can’t work in extreme weather conditions, this ain’t the job for you!

I am disgusted.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Adrian. He handled the reported plumbing issue with great skill and efficiency. , Adrian was courteous, respectful, and thorough in explaining the problem and solution.

He worked quickly to resolve the issue, ensured everything was functioning properly before leaving, and left the work area spotless. I would highly recommend Adrian to anyone in need of plumbing support, and I truly appreciate the excellent job he did.

Scott was very prompt, very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing as he did it. He cleaned up after the work was done. It didn’t take long before the drain was draining properly. I would definitely recommend him. He also recommended a product to keep the drains clean which I purchased.

Joseph did yet another great job at my house. We had another issue and joe came out again and fixed the issues! Top notch guy and very passionate about his work and was absolutely professional.

The plumber was very friendly and efficient and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend William to do any plumbing job you need completed. Also the company sent someone out on a Saturday to replace my broken kitchen faucet. So happy we called Roto Rooter.

This was one of the best professional interaction I’ve had with a service company made possible by the tech William who showed up on Christmas morning to fix my leaking toilet! Such a calming demeanor! After assessing the situation and providing a very reasonable estimate to do the work he immediately sprung into action and was done within 1/2 hr. He single handedly restored my faith in Rotor Rooter with which I had a previous poor interaction! The company should hire thousands more Williams to their workforce to wow 🤩 more clients! Thanks to William & Roto Rooter for saving the day!

....as always, FANTASTIC service from Roto Rooter. Scott our repair agent was here within a very brief time from when I called in the completely clogged up bathroom sink. His work was fast, clean and all is running like new. Their prices are a bit higher than other plumbers - but have you called a plumber lately? You'll be lucky if they show up in a week or so! Well worth the cost to get PERFECT service!

William he went above and beyond he took out my disposal and put in a new pipe and reassured me that all is good even did extra that he wasn't here to do. William deserves recognition for a job well done

My service technician (Mike) was very courteous and extremely professional. He expLained a few scenarios unique to my service request and gained my confidence that all would be rectified. To be honest, my 1st choice wasn't Roto-Rooter but this experience has earned my respect and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Mike, good lookin' out brother...you are hands down that guy!

Josh and Josh, 2 guys with the same name, did an excellent job. They provided a clear and precise reason for a toilet issue we were exereincing. Told me what needed to be done to repair it. It was repaired with no surprises. Pricing was not the lowest out there. There was a roto-rooter coupon available which made the total cost reasonable. Josh and Josh were professional and knowledgeable. I Would definitely recommend roto-rooter.

Aurel was the kindest and most knowledgeable plumber to serve us at Catholic Charities. Other plumbing companies couldn’t get the job done but Aurel got it done quick and even helped us clean up.

The technician, Adrian, was knowledgeable and helpful. He tried his best to fix our clogged toilet the least expensive way but it was too clogged. He did what needed to be done and kept me informed about the few problems he encountered. He was neat and careful and cleaned up afterward. If I ever need Roto-Rooter again, I would hope all their techs are as friendly and efficient as Adrian.
