When my wife and I needed to replace all cast iron piping at our house with PVC, Believe Plumbing was the best priced and the highest quality company out of over 10 local plumbing companies that quoted us. The job took a few days and Victor, Carlos, and Roberto worked very hard to ensure the fastest completion of the project. Anel and Myra from the main office were also very attentive and accommodating. The crew kept our house as clean as possible during the project and cleaned up at the end as well. Overall we are very happy with the work completed.

This company was so exceptional! They came first thing in the morning. The gentleman who came was so helpful and found and fixed the problem right away. He was very helpful in the whole situation. I love the values this company models. They really exemplify their values in their work ethnics. I will always use this company!

Junior was awesome, very friendly and professional. Installed a new water heater and softener. I received a competitive quote quickly, and the work was scheduled right away. I will definitely be using them again

Fabulous job. We had 5 plumbers out in an attempt to fix an issue with our tub leaking through our 2nd story ceiling. Believe was the ONLY one who was able to repair the issue! Junior had a fabulous personality as well. We appreciate your help

Horrible, shady company. Juan and whoever is in charge are the worst offenders. Been in an ongoing battle with my property management company and requested the plumbers report from Juan who placed me on hold for 10 minutes to “ask permission” to send it to me and came back and said he’d send it over ASAP. Well, three days passed with NO report so I, the customer, had to reach out to him. Juan has now changed the story and advised he will not be sending me the report because he already sent it my property management company. Not sure of the rationale behind that, are you too lazy to send two copies? God forbid. Interesting how I no longer have the ability to receive the report once I’ve made Believe Plumbing and my property management company that litigation is underway regarding the poor plumbing and quality of the home in general (Believe Plumbing completed the work in the home, the same plumbing system that’s had severe clogs over 5 times in 6 months). They will side with whoever is footing the bill and that’s all there is to it. Juan even admitted the plumber reported issues with the pipes and main line, but now suddenly the report (that I have yet to see) places all blame on me for “using too much toilet paper” and apparently these so-called qualified plumbers attribute toilet paper to the reason why my plumbing is so jacked up that the toilet will clog, shower will clog, washer cannot drain because it’s so backed up, and running the washer causes RAW SEWAGE to back up into a completely different shower - all of this happens simultaneously, but again, it’s due to “tissue paper”, right?! Know what you’re getting into, this is a low-budget company full of incompetent staff.

I needed my kitchen faucet replaced. I called Believe and they scheduled me in right away. The technician Eliud was right on time, identified himself and was very clean and thorough. He went to work immediately and cleaned everything up when done. He was courteous and even asked me for a Brillo to clean the old rings off of the counter from the old faucet before installing the new one. Completely went above and beyond. Excellent customer service from start to finish. My family has a new plumber. Thank you Believe.

Plumber arrived in the window they stated, was courteous and knowledgeable. I ended up using someone else simply becuase it was a Friday and couldn't wait til Monday for the repair, but would have had no problem going with this company otherwise. Price quoted seemed fair, and they're of the dying breed of Professional Services companies that still offer a free quote, which is much appreciated.

Junior went above and beyond, he was punctual, quick, and made sure the job looked 100% better than when he started. He went the extra mile to clean up and was super friendly and courteous. I will only call them from now on. Highly recommend!

I've had less than stellar experiences with plumbers in the past. It's so basic, but these guys get it right: fair prices, friendly courteous plumbers and the problem fixed. Junior has been so helpful, not only fixing the issues but teaching me a thing or two along the way. We appreciate having a good plumber, finally!

I have to say that after having a horrify experience with another plumbing company, Believe Plumbing was the next plumbing company to be dispatched to my home for some repairs. I was notified by the technician who’s name is Junior who not only came on time but walked through the steps of what needed to be done to make the repair. He told me it would take about 4 hours to complete the entire job but he was done in 2 1/2. He was very proficient, knowledgeable, neat, kind and overall polite gentleman. He fixed the issue at hand without me having to make another call to send someone else out to fix his work. I would recommend Believe plumbing to anyone who needs the job done quick and done right. Today I had the pleasure of having JUNIOR come to my house to fix my issue not only was he handsome lol (little humor) but he was EXTREMELY professional explained everything he was doing & was very GREAT with timing. We tried calling a few other companies and they couldn't get here for at least 2 weeks. But Believe was able to come out the next day. They were able to fix our problem quickly. The only issue was the guys didn't speak English. Thank goodness for Google translate.

Carlos and Junior did a wonderful job at our home! They showed up when they said they would, communicated well, and were very accommodating. They took great pains to make sure we got what we needed and were willing to help out in any way they could. We got a shiny new water heater and other work done at a fair price and we wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

We had a sewer clog happen on a Saturday and it was a nightmare. Their technician showed up and promptly took care of it. I was impressed with his efficiency, he didn't try to hang out and take extra time (they charge by the hour).

They seem honest so far. We are likely going to hire them for the sewer repair since they gave us a great quote! (I'll update once we get the sewer line replacement done).

So far, 5 stars!

Edit: Update: it's been 2 years and the sewer line they installed has has no issues! Beautiful work for an amazing price. Also I recently hired them to do work on my back room sink. Techs were in and out super fast and got the job done. They are now my go-to plumbing service!

We decided to take on the task of getting our entire home re-piped after having a few copper leaks in old copper pipes. This was a big undertaking as it is an expensive job and involves a lot of holes in the walls. You really want to make sure you hire someone fantastic for this. We got 5 different quotes and did our research. Someone in our neighborhood recommended Believe Plumbing. I did my research and saw the many good reviews. I decided to have the owner, Annier, come by to give a quote. By then I had already had several quotes and knew that their price was very reasonable compared. I was hesitant at first because a lot of the other companies I contacted were in business for 30+ years. I decided to go with Believe Plumbing and I am glad that I did. Annier, who is also the owner, is very involved. He is very patient, I like to ask a ton of questions! The guys he sent out worked very hard. Ismael was very friendly and always had a smile even with our many questions or if we pointed out something. This job is very messy and you will want to cry with the many holes that are necessary but rest assured, Annier has a guy to recommend that does excellent drywall work and will get you right back to where you started. So far the pipes have been great. They do the permit process for you and coordinate the inspector to come by. So it's all legit work. I also had them completely move my water heater from inside the home and into the garage and install a brand new water heater. In my opinion, a good plumber that charges reasonable rates are VERY hard to come by these days. Plumbing work is never cheap but compared to other plumbers who ripe you off, their rates are much more affordable. Annier also came by when the re-pipe was completed and inspects it himself. He does not take payment until the entire job is done and passes inspection by the county. Any issues you bring up, he will address and have a solution. I love that! Today I had to contact Annier because our garbage disposal just went out on us, he was super fast in responding and will have someone out today completing the work with a reasonable price. When you find a company like Believe Plumbing, you save them in your phone and only go to them as you can trust that you are getting the best! I hope they always provide this type of service even when they become an even larger operation. Thank you Believe Plumbing!

We cannot thank Believe Plumbing enough! During our home addition, our sewer line was broken to our existing home. Within hours of calling, Believe Plumbing had a more-than-reasonable quote in hand and a full team out to fix the problem. Not only did they fix the immediate issue, but they also installed an additional clean out preemptively for the new addition which will be needed without even asking.

They worked tirelessly in the middle of the day, digging out and finding our cleanouts, and had everything repaired so quickly. Their speed, professionalism, and care were absolutely incredible. Thanks to them, our kids and newborn baby now have a fully functioning home again.

We are beyond grateful for their quick action and highly recommend Believe Plumbing to anyone in need of honest, reliable, and outstanding service.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Roto-Rooter. My plumbing emergency began on a Sunday night and the technician Edwin was quick to arrive at my home. He was courteous and worked until almost 1 am to try to solve my problem, even leaving to go back to the office for additional equipment. When he exhausted his efforts he assured me someone would be back early in the morning which they were. Hunter, Benny, and Sammy worked tirelessly for hours exhausting all options in the FL heat. They did not leave until finally relieving the clog in my pipes and diagnosing the cause and providing a solution. They are very fair in pricing and even encourage you to look for coupons everywhere. I even received a follow up call to ensure I had no questions and things were running smoothly. If you are looking for an honest company with friendly technicians and office staff this is it! I would give 10 stars if I could!

Been in business for 30 years now and this company came through for me big time. Super professional on time and reasonable. Hard to find good contractors and I'm glad found this one. Five stars highly recommended!!!
