The plumber was nice.
I just thought the price was high because I had a brand new sink faucets from
Lowe’s that I had bought.
Couple days after I still smell an odor.
But I do t think it is coming from sink.
I called and left message but no one called back.

Fast, Friendly, and Excellent Customer Service. Fixed our plumbing issue. The technician Scott was fantastic he explaining everything to us.

Will showed up promptly to help fix our issue. He had immediately assessed the issue, made measurements and provided us is options. The next day he was ready to install and remove. In what seemed like record time we had hot water again and a fancy new, perfectly aligned unit. I will be using roter rooter again in the future. Thank you for all the help!

From my phone call to completion of service it couldn’t have been easier. Adrian was on site on time and gave me quote within minutes. Fast and friendly. He snaked fifty feet of seeer line. We took his ( Adrian ) advice and had Logan video the sewer line. We found the flushable wipes and our cast iron sewer line to be the problem. The clog cleared Adrian finished and Logan estimated the sewer line resurfacing. The resurfacing will be completed on Sunday.

My technician, Adrian was wonderful! He came out and diagnosed a main drain blockage. He explained the process and details with pricing and proceeded to clear it up with the auger (snake) in a timely manner. He said that he was with the company for 8 years amd that made me feel comfortable and confident of his expertise to do the job.
I learned, the hard way, not to use baby wipes down the toilet!
Sammy then came to the house to examine it all with the camera to see in the main drain and gave us a clean bill of health after Adrian's work.

Very happy with the service I received from Roto Rooter. I called at 8:30 and by 10:30 Adrian had shown up and solved my problem. Adrian was courteous, friendly and informative. He did a great job and I will definitely have them back out to do the complete "fix" they recommended to ensure that this doesn't happen again!

Rotor Rooter service people are the best. They are polite and courteous and always get the job done . I feel they are a little pricey but it is worth it.

Hunter was amazing. Very knowledgeable and kind. He was very thorough and completely resolved our issues. I would recommend him to anyone.

I first called a local company that kept me waiting for 6 hours. In a pinch, I called Roto Rooter and William was here in 20 minutes. He had the issue fixed in less than an hour. Left the workspace cleaner than he found it. I hope to never have to call a plumber again, but if I do, it will be Roto Rooter.

Adrian was terrific. Showed up on time, spent time diagnosing a confusing problem with housewife plumbing drain and solved the problem. Also provided advice on some other matters.

We had a great experience. We had a plumbing emergency where water was leaking onto our floors and into our home office. The people at Roto-Rooter were patient, kind, and got a plumber out to our house within two hours. And he fixed the problem. I believe his name was Chad, he was awesome! If you have a problem, call these folks.

We had ana amazing experince and I highly recommend this company. The guy who came was professional, caring, calm, efficient, and very effective. Completed all work before leaving. Everything, 100%. I am very thanksful and give him 5 stars.

Technician arrived on site well prepared with supplies needed to complete required changes of all PDP's that had burst out due to
frigid weather.A new Galvanized pipe replaced older one.A new
filter replaced the old.Water pressure requirement adjusted.All
faucet from the Pump System as well as all faucets inside the
house drained/flushed out brown colored water until water turned clear.Technician worked attentively making sure what
he is doing is right for the first time.Thank you for a job well done.

I called not expecting to be able to get someone same day. I was wrong. Called lady said 2hrs we can be there. Just had new toilets delivered and was able to get them installed right them. My tech Chris was awesome. Super helpful and informative. I really appreciate that and his hard work.

After an unforeseen plumbing incident, we looked through review after review before landing on Roto Rooter. We scheduled to have someone come out for a service call and they were able to make it the very next day and even messaged us when they were on their way. Marcus in the Forest Hills/Carollwood area was absolutely fantastic! Although our problem is in need of a septic tank pump out, Marcus tried every avenue to help us resolve the problem! If we ever need plumbing aid again we will definitely be reaching out to Roto Rooter with a special request for Marcus!

Extremely disappointed with this company! My appointment window was from 10 to 12 today. Tech finally shows up at 5pm! Then for a small job, tub doesn't drain, he says it's going to cost $800 and i told him the landlord is willing to pay no more than $300... he makes a call and now the cost is $350. Really? Did he just make up his own price? Seriously, DO NOT EVEN USE THESE GUYS!! I have a plumber coming out here to do it for less than $100. SMH

Austin was amazing. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Told us about up keep and how the water heater interacts with other parts. 10/10. We will use again.

Update: used him again and he continues to be great with toilets too. Continued to communicate with us a complete timely repairs.
