I’m giving Vincent 7121 a 5 star for quality service. He’s very honest and knowledgeable. He replaced my kitchen faucet, the cartridge in the shower and fixed my water softener system and checked my bathroom sink drains.
Prices are affordable and no hidden fees.
The only issue I had was the wait time. I think it’s the company cause they overbook the techs. If you’re willing to wait at least you won’t have to pay an arm and leg.
Unlike cornerstone they could not figure out any of my issues, Vincent was spot on .

Marcus came in to fix an issue we were having with our reverse osmosis system. He identified and clearly explained an error that was made by a previous electrician and fixed the issue. Would recommend Marcus again. Great service and price!!

Emergency at dinner time!!! Thank goodness for Marcus! Marcus was so kind and patient! He unclogged our drain and made sure everything was flowing and flushing properly before he left. It was a 💩 situation but Marcus made us feel incredibly calm because he was so calm. We highly recommend Marcus!

Our service tech Scott Bowers was great. Willing to complete the services needed. Very polite and left with a good experience. Assured us if the problems continued, that he or someone would be right out to solve the issues. The dispatch was so quick, I was totaly surprised they someone came out so quick.

I always trust ROTO-Rooter. They get to the bottom of the problem and they fix it - one and done. I’m done with messing around with “cheap plumbers” and cheap Mr. fix it’s
This time around, I had more than one problem with a bathroom, shower faucet tub, drain etc but William has a lot of patience. More than anyone I know. He got to the bottom of it. It took him a while, but he got it. I had two other people look at this problem and didn’t fix it…. Always always trust ROTO-Rooter

I would definitely recommend Premium Plumbing! We have used Premium plumbing 2 times so far, the first tech Louis, did an amazing job and replaced our hot water valve on our water heater. He explained the situation and gave us an idea on what to expect in our predicament. We had the start of the slab leak at that time. Our second time using premium plumbing, we had a slab leak repaired. Jake and Ben were great, they even allowed me to watch so I could gain some knowledge on plumbing and the situation. It wasn’t an easy job and they handled the business. If you need a plumber, I’d highly recommend Premium plumbing, we will be using them for our future plumbing needs as well. Thank you Jake, Ben, and Louis as well as premium Plumbing!

Premium Plumbing was great, I called on a Thursday and they had someone out to me the next morning. Santiago was thorough and professional. He answered all of my questions and was very understanding.

Really great plumbing service and Ben did an excellent job. Our toilet was continuously running and loose at the bottom. The float was replaced, and he was able to tighten, shim, and caulk around the toilet. There were also a few other items that didn’t end up needing attention but he was nice enough to look into for us. I’d highly recommend this service.

Team was absolutely amazing. Showed up soon after being contacted, arrived early, went above and beyond in diagnosing the Sulphur smell coming from our water and quickly repaired the issue. They even noticed a noise while here and fixed a separate issue with our toilet! Can't recommend them enough, real, honest, hard working, and didn't break the bank. Will definitely reach out in the future if we have issues.

I had the pleasure of working with Louis Rodriguez for my plumbing needs. Louis was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and walked me through each step of the process. He assisted me to identify my options and talked me through what each would entail. He communicated well throughout the process when we couldn’t find parts for a toilet I had that had been discontinued. He was timely and able to work to get the project done in a short window. I would highly recommend them.

These guys were life savers for me today. I had scheduled delivery of a dish washer and the installer wouldn’t do it due to the plumbing. I called premium plumbing and they had someone out within an hour. Ben and Louis were great and did an excellent job helping me install the dishwasher. They were also reasonably priced. I will definitely call them again.

Started off with an online service request at 8:00pm. The next morning Premium Plumbing called us and fit us in the same day. Louis came out and sent a camera down our sewer line. Louis gave us 2 options and was forward about the lower cost option. We chose the better fix option and 2 days later Premium Plumbing fixed the problem. Louis and Brian did a great job. Both were highly professional and friendly. We would like to thank the entire team at Premium Plumbing and will highly recommend.

Premium Plumbing completed a job for me today at my house and it was phenomenal! Had the pleasure of working with Benjamin and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We had a clog in our kitchen sink that another plumber couldn’t reach and this team got it done in a few hours! Great service and great people 10/10 would recommend.
