Believe Plumbing saved my day! I woke up to a bath faucet that wouldn’t stop running full blast, so I had to turn the main water line off. Junior, the technician, came out quickly and not only fixed that faucet but another leaking faucet and two running toilets. Highly recommend!

Junior was incredible, we were super stressed for days not knowing if our plumbing was workong or not. Believe came in and within 10min our toilet was flushing like new!! Definitely has our recommendation!

My neighbor recommended them to me couple weeks ago, i though i should give them a try for all the good reviews I've seen. They do great work like any other professional plumber would. I just wish their company got a better time management system. They don't show up on appointment time and don't return calls as promised, time is important to customers and this is unprofessional in any field of work. When I call customer service why they are late, they first denied and said they never late on work and then i guess after they checked their system and then admitted it and told me their employee is still at the last job location. Feels like they either have a very bad communication system between company and employee or they don't have enough employees to fill up all the jobs they took in. If you are a busy schedule person, call some other plumber who can actually arrive on appointment time. Time management is their company's weakness, hopefully they can improve on that.

I needed a water heater replaced and Believe Plumbing did a great job. Junior and Frank were friendly, professional and knowledgable, and did quality work. Will definitely use Believe for any plumbing needs in the future and highly recommend them.

They were quick to answer my phone call and give me an estimate. I had a plumber in my house the next day. It was not an emergency, but it is nice to get things done and out of the way. The plumber explained everything he was doing and he also answered my questions. I would use their services again.

Called on a Wednesday and by Thursday morning had plumber JR show up to fix the job. Installed a new shower trim.

With the pandemic and loss of work, it was so disheartening to have an unexpected plumbing issue. Junior and Carlos came in, assessed our drain, fixed it, and cleaned up. Due to a communication issue this was originally one star review. But Junior asked me for a second chance to make things right and he did. Solid job fixing my pipe and explain to me exactly what happened. They charge a flat rate rather than an hourly and we're up front about that price. I'm happy the work, though I wish there was better communication from the dispatch initially so that we wouldn't have had a miscommunication. If you're like me and had a leak from the cities meter to your house. Then they recommend a leak detection done before you call the plumber. The plumber doesn't want the responsibility of guessing where that leak is coming from when it can trickle and come out in different spots.

The team at believe plumbing is highly recommended the redid my entire house and were prompt professional and well priced. Glad to support them and would recommend to anyone.

We had the unfortunate experience of hiring Believe Plumbing in Tampa, Florida, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I cannot emphasize enough how terrible my encounter with this company was, and I feel compelled to share my negative review to warn others about their unprofessional and unethical business practices.

First and foremost, Believe Plumbing was hired to shower fixtures in our bathrooms, but instead of resolving the issue, they actually caused a leak! This level of incompetence is truly astounding. I expected a plumbing company to have skilled technicians who could diagnose and repair problems correctly, but Believe Plumbing fell short in every possible way.

What's even worse is their complete refusal to take responsibility for their mistakes. Instead of owning up to their errors and attempting to rectify the situation, they flat-out denied that they were responsible for the additional leak. This kind of dishonesty is not only infuriating but also completely unprofessional.

But the incompetence and dishonesty were not the only issues. Believe Plumbing also exhibited harassing behavior that bordered on harassment. In the three days following the job, I received a total of 32 phone calls from them, all demanding payment for their so-called services. This constant barrage of calls left me feeling harassed and uncomfortable. I understand the importance of getting paid for services rendered, but this level of persistence and aggression is unacceptable.

To sum it up, my experience with Believe Plumbing in Tampa, Florida, was a complete disaster. They not only failed to fix the problem but also caused further damage and then refused to take responsibility for it. On top of that, their relentless and aggressive pursuit of payment was nothing short of harassment. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to steer clear and find a more reputable and competent plumbing company to work with. Believe Plumbing has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and integrity, and they should be avoided at all costs.

Junior was not only very prompt in coming out, but he identified our problem quickly (fill valve issue...and far sooner than the competition, which had sent 4 different people out!). He was quick in gettingagetting us squared away, and extremely professional! We will definitely use Believe in the future!

Junior was super friendly and professional. He answered all my questions. We had a sink/disposal that would back up because of old small pipes. Junior knew what the issue was and got to it quickly. Even cleaned up afterwards. He allowed me to try out the disposal and sink before he left to make sure it was working while he was still here. I highly recommend Beleive Plumbing.

My water heater failed and I needed the job done quickly. I called Believe Plumbing and the were able to schedule the job for the same day. The plumber called ahead and asked if he could come earlier than the appointment, another plus. The price was excellent (I called a few for price comparison) and the work was great. They have my plumbing business from now on.

Junior with Believe Plumbing arrived a few minutes early. What was really awesome was the turnaround time - I requested service on Sunday night and my appointment was midday on Monday.

I had a leaking outside faucet. Junior shut off the water and replaced the old faucet in 5 minutes. I couldn't believe how fast it was.

The whole job was under $100, and I paid with a card. Easy peasy. Will be using these guys again.
