I have used Cass plumbing for years. They show up promptly, are generally courteous and have done a few different jobs for me. However, they can be expensive but the good thing, they come when I call!. Why 4 stars and not 5? Well today's job was to install a new kitchen faucet. The tech came out and did the job, but did not clean up after himself and left a component installed (and plug for the old sprayer nozzle) that leaked! I called him when we discovered it and he told me to call the office. So I did, and another tech came out who solved the issue AND ALSO helped us determine that the sink itself had a leak which is now caulked. All in all they are still a reputable firm and did make every effort to resolve the issue. NOTE: We did buy the faucet and plug from a big box store, and not Cass plumbing. The install now looks great.

Donovan from Cass Plumbing was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient. He helped us during an emergency water line issue and clearly explained everything along the way. Great service when we needed it most!

Brian from Titan Plumbing & Electric came out to troubleshoot and repair our outlets and to replace closet light fixtures with LED bulbs. He was very patient, informative and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Brian and Titan Plumbing & Electric.

Called Titan Plumbing and Electric to fix a plumbing issue. Demetri was a very friendly and enthusiastic technician. He was able to arrive ahead of schedule and maintain communication on arrival. I will use Titan again in the future, and would recommend this company to family and friends.

Max provided excellent service and was very personable. I think he provided needed services and I did not get the impression he was up charging with unnecessary additional services. Anytime I need electrical work done I will use Titan and request Max.

Max installed a generator port and interlock and moved some circuits so that we could connect a backup generator. His work was outstanding and reasonably priced. Max is highly experienced and easy to work with. I highly recommend Titan Plumbing and Electric.

I never give reviews but I called a couple times I needed a one and a half coupling was willing to pay for it? I even asked her to send a technician out she try to charge me 300 and something dollars for a two second job to slip a coupling on and glue it. I offered to pay her $45 for a two dollar part so I can get my job done today. Terrible service very disrespectful representative. I don’t recommend. Not to mention she hung up on me every time I try to come to an understanding

Plumber Victor Kelly (see my separate review re Electrician) is outstanding in his chosen field and EQUALLY awesome in his customer service expertise and polite beyond words.
We engaged Titan Plumbing to remove our hot water and replace with a tankless. Victor worked seamlessly with the plumber to complete the job.
Will never call another electrical nor plumbing contractor.
I should also note that their scheduler, Letiicia, was a pleasure to speak with.
I live in a condo and intend to provide this review to my fellow residents.

Hats off to Titan for their superior service recently! Various repairs on the outdoor sewer line was needed; Titan completed the repairs in a fast and professional manner. Although the yard needed to be torn up, once the job was complete, everything was put back together, unnoticeable. Excellent company!!

It was an emergency, they showed up within 2 hours, the technician did a great job. They charged us $1250 for the repair, which took 1.5 hours to complete which is highway robbery. They do good work but get ready to grab your ankles when it comes time to pay the bill.

Great services! Answered call immediately, showed up in timely and professional manner, got the problem solved and offered future recommendations with details, etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We recently had our two water heaters replaced. Ariel did a great job making sure that they were installed and working. We have an older house and Ariel had to solve some connection issues to get everything installed and operational. Titan was professional and skilled and the hot water and water pressure are great now.

The technician, Ariel, was great. He came out on time, evaluated my problem, and was able to provide an answer and recommendation quickly. The reason why they are losing stars is because my issue was impacting my ability to do laundry - I explained that I was ready to do whatever needed to be done quickly so I could wash my clothes again. He advised he would be sending an estimate over in a few hours and went on his way. This was Tuesday morning. I didn't get the estimate until Friday morning, almost a full 72 hours after he left. Due to my need to get the issue fixed quickly, I decided to go with another company who was able to come out and give me an estimate and schedule the service all within a few hours.

Titan Plumbing and Electric are a company I would highly recommend. My sister in-law was having some serious electrical issues when we called Titan for assistance. Called & talked to Laticia & she was really very nice & pleasant & helpful. She was able to get her technician Kevin to come out on a Saturday to help the customer. Kevin worked hard with a coworker & they did an excellent job & got my sister in-laws electric repaired in a very timely manner. Laticia & Kevin really made us feel like valued customers & a part of the Titan family. Again thanks to the technicians & office staff for doing such a great job. A top-notch company.
