Showed up when they said they would. The plumber was very polite. He explained everything he was doing and very helpful.

In addition to repairing a pipe they installed a new dishwasher. Everything about my experience with Cass was very positive. All of the people I dealt with (Office staff, estimator, plumbers) were knowledgeable and professional. I liked that the plumber and his trainee didn’t mind my watching them work and asking questions. They answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this company and I plan on using them again.

Cass Plumbing and their team did an amazing job fixing my toilet issue. The plumber that they sent was named Richard and his experience shows. Richard not only come in to identify the problem and fix it, but his customer service skills were phenomenal. Richard spoke to me as if I was a friend and offered ways to help prevent future plumbing issues. His knowledge proved that Cass Plumbing knows exactly who to hire. I was afraid the work would be all day, but Richard was quick and professional. My toilet is back to flushing good as new. Great experience and wonderful service. Cass plumbing is now my go to when there is a plumbing issue.

Pilot light on my hot water heater went out during hurricane. They came out after the hurricane. I couldn’t get it to relight so the tech showed up and lit it in less than 3 minutes. Charge $175.14 tell me, would you use Cass Plumbing? Considering we bought a water softener from them a month ago! We are done with Cass as there are more reasonably priced plumbers out there! Feel ripped off and you would too!!

I'll tell you I didn't know anything about this company, when I hired them, I got them off Angie's list; but I can tell you something they are a top notch company. the guys that came out here were very professional ,well-trained and knew what they were doing: they got it done in good time and did an awesome job, and were here on time every morning. I would get them again for anything, we had to have our house totally replumbed and we are very happy thank you guys

My elderly mother was almost taken advantage of by two other plumbing companies which would have cost her more than 10 times the price of what her bill was with you. According to them, her repair was complicated, required opening the wall in her closet next to her bathroom, needed to move pipes, and scared her to convince her she needed to replace her water heater when she didn't even call them for that reason. All she needed was a simple shutoff valve installed correctly for her toilet. I am so thankful that her friend recommended your business. I just want to send a huge THANK YOU for your excellent business ethics. Your knowledge of how to fix a problem the most efficient way, your honesty, and fair pricing is impressive and deserves to be boasted about! It is reassuring to know that there are still reputable businesses out there that truly want to help their customers the most honest way and by helping them save money. We closed on our house in Madeira Beach, and two days later, the plumbing blew. Cass Plumbing immediately deployed their team to start the job, as it was an emergency. The same team members came promptly every day and worked very hard, even in 100-degree weather. They are kind and thoughtful professionals who really know their plumbing. We trust them with decisions and with the contents of our home. Their pricing is fair, and their communication is top-notch. I wouldn't trust my plumbing to any other company. We are going to miss the guys on the team! How many times has someone said that on a plumbing review? It speaks volumes.

In the beginning I was calling because my toilet kept backing up and my shower would gurgle which scared the crap out of me. CASS came out the SAME DAY I called and OH BOY I was nervous, when Brian said, a mess down there and my cables are stuck. This issue won't get repaired tonight, but my supervisor will be here tomorrow. morning . On the second day, sure enough the Supervisor ROLAND did come out. He was in the trenches along with his employee Luis and did not leave until the first part was repaired. Come to find out ALL the PVC in my crawl space was DESTROYED, unbeknownst to me. So here we go, now there would have to be a major PVC install. UGH!! The following Friday two different plumbers came. They were on it from 10a-3p. Very nice and communicative. It may have taken three CASS visits, but everything is working 100%. I literally met 6 plumbers and spoke to three assistants. EVERY employee was a blessing. Thank you CASS! Zephyrhills customer

Call cass plumbing out on the weekend so it's already emergency pricing the plumber was very pleasant fix the pump I thought the next day I had to call a new plumber to do more work to fix my pump when I call cass to at lease get some money (20.00)back they were no customer service about the fact I had to call someone else to fix the problem they should have fix in the first place and would not offer any compensation for the inconvenience and said she didn't care if I left a review I used them once again for a different problem but because of her no compassion and bad customer service that was the last! The response is generic I call and tried to come to some satisfaction of their service bad customer service

Uncle James was here today and fixed our water flow in minutes. A great plumber with a super company. Got here fast and really knows his stuff.

A friend of mine who had used Cass Plumbing to do some of his plumbing work with, was how I first heard about them.
I hired Cass Plumbing to replace my existing gas water heater. Robert installed it and did a very good job! I found him professional, kind and helpful. Robert went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. He worked with me on the price which was important (as I am on a fixed income) to come in on budget and I sincerely appreciated this! Avoid this company at all costs. They will not take responsibility if they damage your property.
Cass Plumbing sent a plumber here for a free estimate and the plumber ended up causing another leak in addition to the one that was already there. I asked for assistance with a shower leak and ended up with another leak underneath my sink. I called back and reported the incident, spoke to multiple managers, was advised they would schedule a manager to come out to my property. A manager (Roland) was finally scheduled to come out more than two weeks later, today. He called me this morning, ***the same day he was scheduled to come out*** and said Cass Plumbing will not be taking responsibility for their negligence.

*edit:* In response to the owner's reply: The fact remains you sent one of your employees to my property for a free estimate and YOUR EMPLOYEE DAMAGED MY PROPERTY!! You are supposed to have property damage liability insurance to take care of this type of problem. This leak actually appears to be a very simple fix, yet you won't even show up to look at it. So now this has turned into a more serious issue which will likely cost you more than the time it would take you to fix yourself.

My shower wasn't working..well,they fixed that but caused the faucet to leak and wanted $750 to fix what they broke

Never use this company. They told me they would send someone out as a free consultation for low water pressure, then the manager Lauren insisted it would be a $200+ charge over the phone. It was really hard to listen to her laughing at me as she was telling me I owe them money for a free consultation.

We hired Cass Plumbing to install a pressure reducer for the water main service to our home. Hillsborough County has been expanding services to new construction and subsequently causing pressure increases at our home and in our community to exceed 100psi. Several homes have already experienced pipes bursting in their homes and in their irrigation systems, leaking faucets, and other high water pressure related issues. Cass offered a very economical in-line PVC water pressure reduction valve solution with no impact to our home. From the time I called to schedule the appointment for a free in-home estimate through the plumbing installation techs completing the work, we were highly satisfied with the solution, the value, and the overall experience. We look forward to recommending Cass to our friends, family, and neighbors.
