Can't recommend this company enough! We had an emergency leak and had to turn off the main water supply. It was after 8pm and we thought we would be without water until the next morning, but, we found Mr. Rooter. There was no service fee for the tech to come out that same evening and from the time we called they had the tech out within only 1.5 hours. James was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional. James completed the job swiftly and had our water back on in under 20min. The service level of this company is unmatched and it was so refreshing to have such an honest technician service us in a time of need. Highly recommend!
