Overall service was excellent. Everyone was professional and they got me on their schedule quickly. I called three separate times, and on each occasion, a representative answered the phone. As soon as I began speaking, the call was disconnected. This happened three times in a row. It was clear that I was being heard, as the representative remained on the line long enough to listen before disconnecting. This pattern is extremely concerning and reflects a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers.
