AMAZING experience!! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with J&S. My initial conversation with Kim in the office, she was friendly, professional and knowledgeable regarding my inquiry. The tech Jeremiah was also punctual and professional, even showing up almost one hour before my scheduled appointment! They handled the warranty claim with the manufacturer taking all the hassle off our shoulders. Having multiple negative experiences with other well known plumbing companies, I can confidently say I will be reaching out to J&S if and when I have any other plumbing concerns. Great Job!

These guys were great! Scheduling was quick and easy, and they fixed the problem quickly! They fixed our slab leak and installed a new water heater at a great price. Extremely professional and quick to clean up after themselves, it was a great experience. Definitely going to be using them in the future for any of our plumbing needs!!

June 2025: The handyman chipped the bath tub when changing the drain system!! (pic 1). Unbelievable how he forced his tool to damage the tub. He patched it with bright white substance while the tub was bone creamy color. I requested a tub replacement and the manager, Drew, said no but can fully re-coat the tub.
During the re-coat, the chipped area was nos treated or not enough wit Bondo and sanded, nor the drain system removed first; they just recoated to the point that the chipped area is still visible thru the uneven surface and the area around the drain showed an indentation/pitting and the surface feels rough (pic #2) . They said they will fix it with caulk or will take a look to fix it. Someone came, looked at it, agreed that the job was poorly done without uninstalling the drain system, and left to his office to talk with his manager. He left the water stop and the drain push piece uninstalled on the counter (pic #3).
No one called back. I called the office and the secretary says the service shows as complete but will check with the manager. The manager never called back so I sent an email complaining to n 6/17/25 . She said she received the email. still the manager did not call back.
The damage was repaired poorly, unsatisfactory and unacceptable and the installation is not complete because two pieces were left out.
7/28/25 Update: They claimed the tub was fixed, but painting a bright white patch on a bone-white tub is not a true repair. They also stated it was professionally refinished; however, the professional was unable to complete the job properly due to a stuck drain. The result is a visible indentation and pitting, leaving the tub with noticeable damage — and possibly underlying issues that aren't immediately visible. This could raise concerns for both users and potential future buyers of the property.
They used to send a handyman who did quality work and came with an apprentice. Unfortunately, now they’ve started sending the apprentice alone, and things have gone downhill. He’s been breaking things — I recently noticed the faucet he installed in the other bathroom is not centered, and it also has a small chip.

Irvin and Gilberto who installed my water heater were outstanding! They arrived on time, worked efficiently and were both professional and friendly throughout the process. They worked with great attention to detail and care for my home. I couldn't be happier with their work and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Called J&S Plumbing for a recurring issue with our floor drains overflowing every few months in our office and have dealt with other plumbers but decided to go with J&S this time around and they did not disappoint. Kyle and Q came out and serviced the floor drain and clogging and were very detailed and thorough I must say, they did not leave until everything was cleared and running. They both did an amazing job and got it done. They were punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Thanks guys !!

Cannot say enough about J&S. Responsive with an estimate, turned around service in the middle of holiday season, one pipe was too close to the drywall to be able to get the vanity in- timely with reconciling the issue, and best of all- very reasonable pricing

Jaiden and Carlos were prompt, professional, polite, and precisely proficient. They took three videos of the various aspects of the job so I could send them to my husband who is out of town.
