Ben and Tim came to repair a leaky toilet, they worked diligently to make it work with the older pipes in the area. They came up with a solution that did not involve digging up the floor. They were professional, courteous and skillful. They are my plumber of choice and have been for years.

Very bad service - the guys came out to fix three problems. They couldn’t even fix the toilet flush lever appropriately and when they were done, said “ is $950 OK?” How unprofessional. I called the office and they sent someone else out for a fourth visit. That individual was able to correct the problems. I would not use them again.

What do you want from a plumber? Someone who’s reliable, knowledgeable, capable. Someone who can tell you what’s wrong (in language the layperson can understand) and fix what’s broken. Someone who can make suggestions and offer solutions. I received all this from my first experience with Bay Area Plumbing. Most impressive! We had a great experience with Bay Area Plumbing! We had a gas leak in the line connected to our range. They came out the next morning to replace the line. They were very quick and fair on pricing. To take care of water damage in our mechanical closet, we needed our hot water heater had to be detached and pipes cut back. After the drywall was taken down and then restored, we needed the hot water heater reinstalled.
