The technician, Roni was professional on time, very knowledgeable of his job, he took time to explain the repair procedure I needed to fix my sink drain. The Technician overall did an excellent job.

I was afraid my plumbing job would be much worse than it was. The tech they sent even told me there was nothing at all wrong with a toilet another plumbing company told me needed to be replaced. I was hooked. All he had to do was reel me in but he was honest, which was all I wanted. James and Mike Rivera came the same day and fixed my other toilets even though they had to drive 45 minutes at 4 pm and got the work done quickly. I don't mind paying for skilled labor and expertise but honesty is priceless. Thank you!

John Diaz was an awesome technician! explained everything thoroughly and helped us understand our water pipes. Very knowledgeable and helpful, and helped us with negotiated costs. overall great experience and will definitely ask for him to be our technician in the future (hopefully far future haha)

I had a new shower valve installed in my daughter's bathroom. The price was affordable and actually less than I prepared myself for.

Work included cutting into the wall from the next room over and replacing all the pipes and the main valve. John did the work and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He even put up with me sitting behind him and learning what he was doing all day, while answering any questions I had. He did all of this with a smile on his face and a fantastic attitude.

Something that may seem little but meant a lot to me was how he knocked on the bathroom door and my daughter's bedroom door before entering. She wasn't home at the time but this just showed his level of respect.

I can't say enough good things about him and Mr Rooter is extremely lucky to have him working there. If I ever need any more plumbing work he will be the one I request, without question.
