We have 75yr old cast iron pipes with 100% grease clog. Fabian and Josh worked tirelessly and went above and beyond until they did the impossible. They saved us so much money, and were an absolute delight. I felt reassured and informed throughout the entire process. I will be referring all my friends to them in the future. John Garcia Diaz and Tim Valentine replaced 2 toilets and a utility sink with faucet at my home on 12/31/2025. They were fantastic. They saved me money, were professional, efficient, hard working, knowledgeable and communicated with me everything about the projects. They resolved a problem with one of the toilets and continued to follow-up later. I will definitely ask for this company and these plumbers for any future projects.

Tim and Graham came out to help unclog our office plumbing and found some pretty nasty things. They were extremely professional, timely and worked very hard nonstop to get the job done. Showed up on time, were prepared to get to work and completed a pretty large job in no time at all. Couldn’t ask for a better team to help us out. Very much recommend them. They will be our first call for anything we need in the future.

Service was top-notch. I called with a problem, they were at my house within hours. On time and friendly, explained everything in detail and fixed quickly. Hope I don’t need a plumber soon, but when I do, I would definitely use them again.

Mr. Rooter sent Graham Revels and Tim Valentine to troubleshoot a sewer line that kept backing up. They ran a camera through the line and found the pipes were completely blocked. They cleared the line and got everything working again. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice to deal with. Really appreciate the great service—thank you, guys!

We called Mr. Rooter after reading all the positive reviews on here and Technician Roni definitely did not disappoint! We needed our water heater looked at, because we weren’t getting good hot water. He quickly saw issues that were under warranty since the unit was installed by Benjamin Franklin (who we haven’t been pleased with) in 2023. We appreciated Roni’s honesty and knowledge to quickly address the issues. We would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter and We will continue to use them too!

I called Mr Rooter to help us with a bathroom toilet problem. The company answered the phone the first time I called and James and Michael arrived within a few hours.Not only were they on time they were very polite and informative and negotiated a very fair price w/ me. The work was completed quickly. I will definitely call them again if I have plumbing issues.

We needed a 24hr plumbing company because both of our toilets were backed up and unable to flush. This happened at 10:30pm. We immediately called Cass Plumbing and received a call about 45 min later that they were able to send someone out.

Richard W. “The Hammer” was our service guy and he was awesome! I can’t say enough how thankful we were that he was our guy! He talked to my fiancé on his way here trying to help us and troubleshoot. When he arrived he was in high spirits, happy to help, immediately identified the issue, let us know the cost and with our approval, got right to work. Once done, he asked if there was anything else he could do and even thanked us for the business! I could not believe what a pleasure he was to work with! I felt so badly that he had to come out so late (being here until 1am!).

This is the 3rd time that we have used Cass Plumbing (first time after hours and so late) and I cannot say enough great things about this company and their staff. I highly recommend and we will be using them again in the future for our plumbing needs!

My technician was absolutely wonderful! He showed up with a smile, he was courteous, professional and knowledgable! I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Richard! I can see why he is the head tech and do hope that his bosses appreciated him! If I need Cass on a personal basis I will definitely ask for Richard again!!
I will also mention Brittany to whom I spoke in the office. She was kind and patient and professional. I had not used Cass personally it had always been through American Water Resources so I didn't understand some things. But she patiently explained to me. I had also been dealing with some other customer service that was horrid so she got the brunt of my ire poor thing! I did apologize to her and she was most gracious.

Cass Plumbing sent a great guy named Tony out to fix an issue with an old bathroom faucet. Tony was great! Amiable, Professional, & figured out the problem & fixed it in 5 MINUTES! Amazing, right? He called the home office to check on pricing for such a non-work job. The owner required he charge me $125 for the "repair" of a clogged filter. $25 per minute... ridiculous!

Appreciate their team for coming out on more than one occasion to support with two toilets each with some lingering seal and gasket issues. Moved to Tampa only recently and these were the first guys I found on a quick search. Turnarounds were always quick, and they were super accommodating to get to us as soon as able. Will continue to work with them in the future if needed!

I found Cass Plumbing on Angi’s List and they were the first and only company to call me back. I spoke with who I believe was the owner shortly after I requested a quote and he was so nice and helpful. We scheduled my appointment for the first opening they had and the tech arrived earlier than originally quoted. Lee was our tech - he was very nice and professional. He listened to my concerns and what I wanted fixed. He was able to give me a quote and perform the repair within just a few hours. I am so pleased with my service. I will definitely recommend and use Cass Plumbing.
