Overall, I had a great experience! There were a few minor issues at first, but they were handled quickly and professionally. The team was responsive and made sure everything was taken care of, which I really appreciated. It’s clear they care about their customers and stand behind their service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Extremely accommodating and professional! When the order for my hot water tank was delivered, a Titan employee, Demetri, came right away to install. Unfortunately, the building informed Demetri that he wouldn't be able to install on that day and had to come back at another time (this was on me, not Demetri). He called me, wasn't upset, and really worked with me and the building to get the job done. On top of that, the work was done efficiently and quickly. I'm very appreciative of this and would recommend to anybody in the area looking for a great plumbing and electric team.

Technician Kevin Serrano completed quite a bit at our home in the electrical field. He was very knowledgeable about our problems and gave us some options to correct problems. Very professional technician, got parts needed and completed job same day. Very satisfied with workmanship. Will definitely contact your company with any future problems. 😊

They say it’s NO CHARGE to come out to the property but then they CHARGE $80 REGARDLESS. READ TO THE END!

They charge for “diagnostics” which is anything from turning on a faucet to opening a cabinet.

While my initial booking and inquiry with Leticia was great, it went downhill when the inspector said he had to collect an $80 charge before leaving. Our issues were listed as no hot water coming out of the kitchen faucet. I arrived 8 minutes after the technician to find him say “there is hot water running”. Which was fantastic - there was no longer an issue. In order to make some money for the trip, which I can understand, he said that the bathroom sink could have the p-trap replaced and it would cost $350.

My goal was to look at the 4 point issues on the pre listing inspection report and handle them as best I can for my sellers. In doing so that is minimizing cost wherever possible. I was told by Leticia that there was no cost to come out to the property to check out the issues. We would only pay if work needed to be done and that it would be discussed (time/cost) before being performed.

The reason I hired this company is because I have a family all on disability and we are getting their home ready to sell. Being mindful of this I am only looking for companies that have a pay at close option, or who offer free consultations. I spoke with Leticia about this on our call and let her know how appreciative I was that this was the way they approached their business and I looked forward to using them in the future. When the technician and I called her to question the $80, the tone entirely changed and she was extremely unprofessional.

She told me that the $80 charge was for “diagnostics”. I asked her to explain diagnostics and she said checking the lines in the hot water heater. I told her the technician only turned on the kitchen faucet, no lines were checked/scoped and that the issue wasn’t an issue. So I asked a clarifying question… “are you charging me for him turning on the faucet?” She said “yes, that is a diagnostic”. I looked at the technician for explanation and he said, “well I opened cabinets too and looked at the other bathrooms.”

To me this looked and felt like a ball and chain scenario. While the technician apologized for the situation and was much more courteous than Leticia, I will not being using this company again. Her attitude and approach is embarrassing. I told her I would talk to the sellers to see if they could pay or if I would be fronting the cost. Her response was “if you don’t pay the $80 fee within 14 day grace period that I am giving you and your sellers, I will put a lien on the property and we will come after them.”

This is a first for me in the Real estate industry and I truly hope it’s the last…. I will not ever refer Titan

We recently had new plumbing installed to replace old copper pipes throughout our entire house. We had a great experience across the board with everyone representing the company. Corbin, Demetri, Alberto, and Victor were professional, courteous, helpful, and accommodating--and they went the extra mile in communication. We received excellent service across the board from each of them.

The service was great! The amount of slug in the old water heater was surprising. Great job.

I cannot truly express how happy we are with Titan Plumbing! We had a pipe burst in our upstairs bathroom and they had someone out to our house within a couple of hours of my call. Our technician, Dimetri, was incredibly nice and very knowledge about what needed to be done… He was even able to start the demo that same day! He and his team did an amazing job with our pipe replacement and made sure things were clean after he was done. It wasn’t an easy job because they had to cut through drywall in our office just to be able to access the pipes, but within 2 days, they had everything done and in working order! I would not hesitate to call them again if the need arises and I’m so grateful they were able to help us!

We had a wonderful experience with Titan today. Called for service and they were able to provide it same day. Technician Kevin Serrano, communicated with me before arrival and throughout the project. He did a great job explaining in-depth the issues and promptly fix them. Will be sharing this number with anyone who asks for a plumber or electrician!

Saw a billboard for $895 for a new hot water heater and knowing that mine was over 20 yrs old I called and sure enough- that was the deal! (I had gotten 3 other estimates all over $1200)
David with Titian showed up on time, and took extra care with my old pvc pipes not to crack them, installed a new valve and clean up afterwards. He showed me how to empty the tank 1xper yr to extend the life of the tank and when all was done he charged me exactly what I was quoted! David was knowledgeable professional and courteous. And the company was great to work with explaining all the charges over the phone. I would recommend everyone go check how old your h20 tank is and if it needs to be replaced, do it now while they have a great special!

My water heater broke and they came on time the following morning. They repaired it in record time at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone because I was very pleased.

Titan Plumbing and Electric are amazing! Daryle and Corbin were so professional and helpful. They kept me informed every step of the way, and they listened to my concerns and opinions. They both were great problems solvers, too. So often you get someone who just does the job quickly and leaves. With Daryle and Corbin, they didn't leave until the job was done completely, correctly, and with customer satisfaction. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! I will be contacting Titan Plumbing and Electric for ALL of my repairs from now on. Thank you for being an honorable company!

Fast and reliable. Really liked these guys. They have done several jobs for me - replacement of my toilet and pressure value. Guys are super nice and prices are very fair.

My electrician, Brian, was friendly and professional. I liked the communication regarding arrival time. I appreciate that I was able to get an appointment quickly since my repair was minor. I've used Titan in the past, and will be using them again.

I had an emergency plumbing issue. The office was great in getting me scheduled and Daryl, the technician was so easy to work with. He was on time and easy to communicate with and got the issue resolved even in the pouring rain. I will definitely use Titan Plumbing again for any plumbing needs.
