Top to bottom the best plumbing experience I had. I called with a late night emergency and the office manager answered and got someone out to me first thing in the morning. Prices were very reasonable and the work they did was quality. Can’t thank them enough for the quick turnaround. Will definitely recommend in the future

This place is great—24-hour service. I have never had a problem with this company. I have been using them since 2009, and I won’t call anyone else. Easy pay on the phone. All of their employees have always been extremely professional. They take pictures before and after the work. This way, you’re always guaranteed great ethics. Love this place—can’t recommend them enough! I have had all sorts of work done, from toilet clogs to breaking through cement walls to fix pipes. Please give them a try.

If you want someone to threaten you and be offensive, then you found the right company.
They don’t care for making sure their customer’s needs are met and will do everything in their power to disrupt your business.

Their reps doing the jobs will use profanity and threaten you.

I was in a panic after home depot delivered my new gas stove and then proceeded to tell me my gas valve was too old and had to be replaced. They told me to find a plumber to do it and they left me hanging with a new stove they couldn't put in. So I called a few plumbing companies and they were outrageous in price. I called Drains Etc.and not only did they respond in a matter of a couple hours but the plumber made sure everything was working before he left!! This company is a class act and what's more important also that it was reasonable priced!! Thank you! You are my plumbing company for life!!!

Shaun came out this morning on time to remove old faucet and install new faucet. Did good job, very pleasant person. I was happy and surprised with his great attitude. I called the office to let them know what a great person he was and an asset to their company. I would use this company again. I guess we have to many people that come out to do a job and they don't want to be there and their attitude sucks. When someone is pleasant it makes all the difference in the world. Thanks Drains etc. for hiring a great person.

Thank you for sending Shaun last month to my mom‘s house. He had a challenging situation with the iron pipe cracking. He very expertly cut it back until it was no longer an issue and was able to repair it properly. He worked quickly and did a great job. He was very nice and explained everything he was doing to me!

Thank you Shawn for fixing my boomer parents 1979 old pipes in their guest bathroom today. They told me you got right to work and they can use it again. now i don't have to hear about the noise of water running in the walls 😆
