I have only visited them once so far but they where friendly from the moment I walked in and took all the time in the world (with the place packed) to help me solve a complicated problem (which had me traveling all around town to different stores with no avail) with a simple and cost effective solution.

Great place for plumbing supplies. However covid rules, they are mixed up. They require customers to wear mask but not a single employee is wearing one.

They Solved a problem of a missing connector on a brand new refrigerator ice machine supply line. I spent hours at the big box stores and the Counter guy at Bucks had the soloution in two minutes.

If you are having a plumbing issue and you cant find the solution at the box stores, head to Bucks.

They have solved 3 different problems for me now that I couldn't find at the box stores.

Great help Great advice

Needed a flow sensor for a tankless water heater on a Friday at noon knowing it was a specialty item and usually had to be ordered from distribution it could take a week to appear in the snail mail... Called mark and good Lord, I will tell you what.... He went way above and beyond what any other plumbing house in the state of Florida would have done for his customers. Some how (trade secret) he had his hands on the part from Germany I needed, this dude is a magician. Thanks a million guys, you made my client very happy, do your self a favor, and keep driving right by the supply house that says fergus... And see the guys that get it right and always have the parts in stock most have to order. Bucks rocks.

When to bucks plumbing today to try to find a Greece trap that fit the Spanish guy. That's in the warehouse. Does the least amount to try to help you bucks as a great plumbing company, but sorry employee.

I looked all over Tampa Bay and online for an obscure valve cartridge for an unbranded bar faucet. These guys had it, saving me the couple hundred dollars if would have cost to replace the entire faucet. Highly recommended!

What a jerk. Called and asked if they had a 30" male to female supply line 1/2. He asked what it's for, told him tub filler. Asked what the he'll is that. After explaining, he said yea, I got those. Just don't know about the threading. I drive 45 minutes for them to tell me they don't carry this.

A Great plumbing supplier. Just showed a photo of our Delta faucet and was able to get the correct items for the repair. Then gave me advice on how to take the faucet apart. Great local company.

Very helpful and friendly. My house was built in the late 50s and still has all original plumbing so valve parts are hard to find. They had it them in stock and reasonably priced. Thank you

Mark and Will are two of the best people I've ever met. They run a good/ honest supply house and put a staff out front that know plumbing. I depend on them on a daily basis and they are yet to let me down.

I have used this company for the past 46 years and still do today. Never once did they not correct any problems that were caused by them. Also the post about the Moen Body Spray. If you had good water pressure then installing the body spray should had worked well. I'm just trying to help you. First did you supply 3/4 inch hot and cold water supply lines to the valve body. Body sprays will not work well with 1/2 water supplies.

Went to all the big box stores and couldn't get a moen faucet hose replacement. Was repeatedly told would have to order one directly from moen. Friend told me to check out Bucks and they had it!! Now I don't have to go a week without a working sink. Thank you Buck's!!
