Great service, They opened on a Sunday for an emergency job for a manufacturing company. This is what good customer service is.

If you order from them over the phone you better double check what they are selling you on a chart and actually have a discussion about it. I didn’t do that as I assumed I was being sold exactly what I needed the first time when I mentioned Outside Diameter due to the confidence of the sales guy I talked too who I am sure was very seasoned. That being said the request for 2” OD pipe was met with a 2 3/8” OD pipe and when I mentioned I was sold the wrong product it was met with a he said this and he said that contest where they said I had even hung up on someone (I never hung up on anyone), rather than crediting me for the right product. (NOT EVEN PARTIAL CREDIT!) 2” OD schedule 40 doesn’t exist (which I wasn’t aware of at the time), but when I asked about...it should have been a conversation, not an assumption that I meant otherwise so that I would have had the chance to make an informed decision. I was never given that opportunity and now I have wasted hundereds on pipe I can’t use. I understand not wanting something custom cut laying around but I know what I asked for and know I wasn’t rude to anyone.

Manny & Simon at the Tampa location are the nicest industrial sales employees I’ve come across in a long time! They’re very professional & follow-up is a standard with them. Great to see people take pride in their jobs👍

Didn't have what I needed. Not really set up to sell retail. To the owner: Google produces no information on your business related to the scope of your desired clientele, as far as I can see. If you have any control over that, you might want to make it clear you are nothing but a supply house for plumbers. Would have saved me the trip.

Came in for an obscure ice maker water supply fitting and they had it! Very friendly staff.

The guys that work there are very helpful and very nice.
