Awesome supplier The service is excellent and prices are fair. I was a little surprising sell to the public, but thankful they do. Wonderful people work there and they will take care of you. They had some of the best customer service of any business, not just plumbing.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way this supplier handled a recent water heater purchase. I called ahead to confirm pricing and availability. They quoted me a specific price for the unit I needed—but then told me it wasn’t in stock at their location. Instead, they directed me to their Bradenton branch, where I was told I could pick it up.

We went out of our way to get the unit from Bradenton based on the original quote. But when my technician brought back the receipt, I saw we’d been charged $500 more than what we were told. No call, no heads-up—just a surprise on the invoice.

When I called to question the price discrepancy, I was told that “each branch is individually owned” and they “can’t control pricing,” even for customers with established accounts. That explanation doesn’t cut it. If your branches can’t honor each other’s pricing—or at the very least communicate clearly—then don’t send customers across the region expecting consistency.

We run a service business and rely on suppliers to be upfront and reliable. This kind of pricing bait-and-switch wastes our time, costs us money, and damages trust. We expect better from any supplier we choose to do business with.

our toilet was overflowing into the bathtub and we couldn't unclog it ourselves. we reached out to roy the plumbing pro llc, initially thinking they were based in tampa. turns out they were a bit farther away, but the extra $30 for the distance was completely worth it. david was punctual and professional, keeping us updated about the situation. he successfully unclogged the drain and made sure to clean up afterwards. we were really satisfied with their service and would definitely call them again.
