After an hour on his own the serviceman had to call in another person. He kept saying how steep the roof is (like 90% around here). Then he kept saying “oh this is bad.... this is really bad” he wanted to charge an astronomical amount to use a camera. He should have used the camera first then tell me the cost. I ended up paying $100 more than the original cost. The mess left behind!!! Ugh!! I think they were just taking advantage of an old lady.
I would never use them again... ever.

Had a plumbing emergency and they were able to address it within two hours of reaching out. The job was done quickly and professionally at a reasonable cost. Would recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Investors, General contractors and consumers stay away from this plumbing company most the reviews are fake, they don't stand behind their work and the owner Rolando never answer his phone they did bathroom for me that all the pipes hold water and after multiple times me asking him to come and make it right he never once return my calls.Which is irresponsible and just hands down bad business practice. I had to hire another company and pay twice from my pocket to fix it. I don't want anyone to go through what I went through with these guys. Stay away and save your self time and money

I had leak happening in my laundry room on a Friday evening, I called them and they said they would be out the following day since I got it to stop. They were out as said next day. Extremely professional and honest. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. I would 100% hire them again for any plumbing needed in my home. Great service!!! 😊

4:22pm on 3/12/25 going south on Armenia and then west on Busch- driver beeping at me because I was letting someone merge. Then beeped again at a redlight. Then tried to sideswipe my car while flicking me off. See other reviews for similar experience. Do you really want this kind of person in your home?

If you need a plumbing services, just call them, without any hesitations at all. We had an emergency situation that required immediate service and Rolando provided services within 2 hours of the call. Great and very friendly services with reasonable prices. I guarantee you, you won't be disappointed.

Based off the way they allow their drivers to drive, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Reckless and aggressive.

I went to switch lanes, with my turn signal on and with PLENTY of room, and the driver from this company absolutely STEPPED on the gas and almost rear ended me on the SunPass. Even though they were also going to switch lanes, they went out of their way being an aggressive driver. Then they finally switched lanes after being so close to my bumper, and also went very close to my car while passing me. I have small children in my car and this driver was absolutely unnecessarily putting them and myself in danger.

I sent pictures of the problem first. The kitchen sink and standpipe for the washer were clogged. All in the same area. The plumber didn't speak English too well but we both were able to communicate and be understood 😎. He snaked outside and the standpipe, went well, and this is the first time seeing this live 😀. I appreciate the friendly fast service, and the learning experience. Keep up the good work!
