Contacted Rahn Plumbing for service and Robin scheduled it within 30 minutes. Paul came out and was courteous, professional, and did a great job getting things taken care of for me. The entire process took 2 hours from the time I made the initial call until the time the work was done.

The service was excellent.
Will not use any one else.
Outstanding value for such a professional and responsive service. Same Day. Communication and updates were none like I have ever experienced from any type of service company. Wow, is all I can say. Robin answered a phone call. Nice to speak to a person. Paul came out that day. It was late so he returned to do the job with only one call out charge. Paul was on-time for his appointment and finished the work in the time quoted. Pricing was very reasonable, great work, and cleaned up the area before he left. I could not be happier with the service from Rahn Plumbing. I called on behalf on my parents who were having a leak issue and didn't know what to do, and Robin was so informative and scheduled them in right away. Paul was prompt and took care of the issue so quickly. I was kept in the loop even though I couldn't be there as well, which was great.

Getting ahold of them was seamless, and they were very professional as they helped fix our broken tub parts as well as fixing a clog. I appreciated their honesty and tips when we asking them about other plumbing concerns of ours.

If I could rate them more than 5 stars I would. I had a recent leak in my wall that caused severe damage and my floors and walls had to be ripped out. A plumber came and capped the leak but wanted to replace to a whole new unit. Paul was great at explaining the issues - how he could fix it- and how it didn’t need to be fully replaced. Ultimately saving me money. :) Honesty is super important to give to customers and he did just that. Not to mention Paul and his son were kind! 1000/10 recommend!

What an awesome company! Paul is the best! We had an emergency leak in our bathroom due to an old faucet and within the hour he was there and fixing the problem. Super friendly, professional, and affordable. I would, and will, recommend this company to anyone I know needing residential plumbing services.
