I would give -1 star if it was available. Very dishonest and unprofessional. Pipes so called they fixed blowed up and caused my house to be flooded!!! Hired another company to fix the mess they did. They could not believe the cheap work they have done. BE VERY AWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Do not let them step into your property without providing their Insurance Information. On top of that while they cause to flood my house, they have guts to turn around and claim my house was flooded already so it s ok not to provide their insurance information. But guess what, I have all their visits n work quality recorded on camera. Preparing the case with my lawyer. I ll see them at court !!!

Did not receive a service from this company, however, one of the employees from this company was driving very recklessly on the road during rush hour in the rain. He tailgated me and cut off other drivers while speeding. He also pulled up next to me and was disrespectful by trying to intimidate me by scowling at me. If this company can't teach their employees professionalism and ethical conduct on the road, there is no way they would provide quality service!

The people at Associated Plumbing are efficient, fast, and get the job done. I ask them to visit our offices all over the Tampa area and they are usually there the same day.
Vikki (one of the office staff) is AMAZING. She makes stuff happen like nobody's business and has saved my butt on various occasions.
Great company.

Came in January to unclog toilet. Did not finish the job & needed to come back next day. Never came back. Wax ring was not on toilet and toilet was not caulked to ground. I called next day to get job finished and no response. I called another company and they came out and completed the job. Then today Associated Plumbing called saying that I had an outstanding $300 bill and needed to pay it immediately. They never in the past SEVEN MONTHS called, emailed or sent a mailed invoice until today (July 26th!). But today they were demanding money over the phone immediately. I explained that the job wasn't completed and that this phone call today was aggressive and terse and the first time I am hearing of a bill due. I am not giving you my card information over the phone for an incomplete job that was SEVEN months ago with no prior billing or communication. I needed them to provide me with proof that they finished the job and proof that they had contacted me previously regarding the invoice. He then hung up the phone on me.

Edited to add in response to the owner: please provide the invoice and prior attempts to contact as I requested on the phone today. I have never stated that I will not pay, just that I will not give you personal information over the phone and that I need the invoice, photos and prior proof of contact. You have not responded to me regarding this request directly, instead choosing to only respond to my google review. Instead, you are THREATENING to send a customer to collections PUBLICLY as a response. Do you not see that this is terrible customer service? This is, in fact, showing exactly what I am stating in my review and will hopefully be enough proof for the next possible customer to STAY AWAY.

I own 201+ rental properties in the Bay Area, a commercial building in Tampa and have used them for my personal home as well! They are quick to respond and have always given great service. Prices are very good. They respond to after hours calls promptly! They have responded and scheduled same day service in most all cases. Highly recommend.

Overall great experience! When I initially called, I was worried after several steep quotes. I spoke to Vicky, she was extremely polite and understanding. She got me an appointment the same day. When Tim & his coworker arrived to my home, they were also very polite & understanding. I could tell that they weren’t trying to take advantage of me and wanted to ensure they got the job done!

Totally disappointed with the cost of the installation of a new water heater. Inspection to confirm leaking, that will be $242.67. Cost of new water heater $787.63 that includes three adapters. Cost of unit from Home Depot $439.00. Model # in photos. Roughly 80% markup. That is after the installer bought the wrong heater and had to get the proper size. Labor for roughly four hours $893.33, for a job that should take about two hours at the most.
Associated Plumbing doesn't even a person answering the phone. Message is "We'll call you the next business day", that's at 3pm on a Wednesday.

I was going through my property management firm hoping for some oversight but apparently that did not happen.

I work with Crowell Plumbing on a regular basis for my rental properties. Always on time and work completed to perfection for anything I request & prices are very reasonable.

Ellen and I want to thank Crowell Plumbing again for outstanding and very prompt service. Following a 4PM call, Bobby was at our door at 9 the following morning and had our drain clear by 10. And even though Bobby waved the paper towel scrap from our rooftop, I was careful not to speak sharply at Ellen as we just celebrated 50 years of marriage. PPS, looking at our file, Crowell has been our plumber of choice since at least 2005.

Used Llona Plumbing to re-pipe my whole house. They did a great job and did not leave a mess behind. finished in just one day! They were also affordable compared to some other quotes I got. Larry and his team were professional and polite.

Our water heater sprung a baby leak. Before it became a deluge we knew we needed to replace. We called a dozen places for estimates. All were at the $1200-$1400 range. These guys were just over a grand. They also talked us through the estimate, what was included and even allowed us to choose the replacement brand. We went with Rheem after doing research online and talking to them. They showed up perfectly on time (with a call in advance letting us know they were on the way). They said it would take about two hours. In two hours they were done. They even added a pan even though we technically didn’t need because the unit was in the garage. Delighted with them. I highly recommend.

Roger Garcia was early to the appointment, replaced my water heater timer quickly and effectively, and was very personable.

Llona Plumbing was great to work with and they were very professional. Jak Vu was very helpful and took time to walk me through what he was seeing with my main drain line and any issues he thought should be addressed. Highly recommend this company and I will be using them for any future plumbing needs I have at my house.

I called Llona Plumbing due to the best rating and reviews in the Tampa area and they did not disappoint. Manuel was the plumber sent to assist and he was AMAZING. Not sure if you can request specific plumbers but he was very thorough and was very compassionate when explaining what was wrong with my plumbing. I highly recommend this company. Very, very reasonably priced. Thank you for your service. I will definitely be contacting this company for my future plumbing needs.

This is the first time that I have used the services of Llona Plumbing and am delighted with my decision. I received an initial bid from another well known Tampa company that was much more than I expected and after some online research, turned to Llona Plumbing based on the favorable customer reviews. They did not disappoint! Larry prepared a more reasonable estimate, Mykala was very professional in coordinating the work schedule, and Chip did an outstanding job changing out the defective thermostatic shower valve and the accompanying trim kit. Llona Plumbing will now be my “go to” company should I have another plumbing need and would highly recommend them to anyone else!
