Charlie provided a very thorough assessment of our tankless water heater issues and a fair estimate. Kim and Mykala worked diligently to schedule us and keep us informed of any delays. Damian and Henry did an excellent job repairing our water heater and performing the annual maintenance. They were very professional and even installed a customized cover for the exterior exhaust vent. We appreciate their efforts and would highly recommend Llona Plumbing!

Joe solved the problem immediately and then took the time to fix a couple of other less critical things, he let me watch and explained everything he did. He is proud of his work. He also told stories about how plumbing is done in Cuba. A day that started bad ended very well, thanks to Joe from Llona Plumbing.

After living for days in fear we'd lose our kitchen flooring due to a blocked pipe, Rodger Garcia saved us. He found a way to unclog the pipe which blocked our kitchen sink. He did what another plumber could not do. We are very grateful!

I moved into a new rental property and Llona has already been here twice, promptly and professionally to help me resolve a slow drain, a lack of hot water and replaced a shower head just to go above and beyond. Roger G. was great and I would recommend Llona to anyone in the TB area!

One of their plumber came to fix our clotted shower. The plumber was really nice and seemed knowledgeable. He used a toilet plunger to try to unclot our shower. The temporary fox last a week. After a week, the shower water was back to not drain properly. When we call them back saying that they didn’t fix the problem and it was back. They say it will be another $160 for them to come back to fix a problem that they didn’t fix in the first place when they charge us $160.
All we wanted was for them to come back and actually fix the problem they were pay to fix in the first place but they refused to come back without us paying again.
The after service / follow up is not great. Looks like they don’t really care about their customers or the quality of their work.

Jak did an excellent job correcting an 3/31/25 installed InSinkErator in a timely manner.

I've used other plumbers in the past and I will only be using and recommending Llona Plumbing in the future. They were transparent on their pricing and did not try to pressure me into additional unnecessary services.

Joe was great! Very professional and friendly. He did a thorough job in my condo replacing the water pressure valve and installing a whole unit water filter. He also double checked a couple more things for me and gave me some great tips and advice regarding some future maintenance jobs that will need to get done.

Amazing and fast service always a pleasure although this time the person never flipped the breaker to turn the water heater back on and the faucet he replaced i had to tell him to screw in and tighten up and there was a pretty significant amount of water under the vanity from putting in the new faucet set. They are always professional and courteous clean. I think they just changed owners they are good and proactive and always follow up I think they are bit busy these days.

Llona Plumbing replaced our entire outdoor sewer grinder pump and lift station. They upgraded our puny 1 HP grinder pump and 2-foot reservoir with a 2 HP grinder pump and 6-foot reservoir. They made all the proper piping connections from our house to the pipe that connects to the force main sewer. They also replaced the old control panel with a new, easy-to-use one. This is the Mac daddy of lift stations! It works great, and we are grateful for their service. Everything was completed on time and on budget with no complications. Larry, the owner, and his partner, Chip answered all of our questions. My husband and I are so pleased with their service, that we have hired them as our go-to plumber. We highly recommend Llona Plumbing!

Plumber Rod Rabassa today, 5/14/25 came to service my petition to replace a waste disposal. He did a great job, very polite and efficient on the project to be done. He did it in a timely quick clean way. Before leaving , the area was clean, spotless. Great plumber.

Gabriel was great to work with. Very polite and made the extra effort to make sure I was happy with his work. Pricing was better than other Plumbers I asked for quotes. The team managing the website was very responsive and made the process easy. I appreciated Gabriel being on time and being updated via text on when to expect his arrival. Communication was excellent all around.

I have used Liona Plumbing many times and they are a great service company, however this time was different. Jak Vu was my technician. He did not have all of the parts to do the job. He took it upon himself to go out and get the parts so that I would not be rescheduled. I recommend Llona Plumbing for anyone that is having plumbing Issues. Roger with Llona Plumbing did the maintenance on our tankless water heater, along with faucet repair in our bathrooms. We have had an issue with regulating the temperature of the tap water in the upstairs bathroom, (ongoing issue for a couple of years). Roger with Llona Plumbing is the only plumber who has been able to fix the problem with one visit! Very happy with the overall service and plan to call Roger again when the need arises for plumbing repairs. Thank you!
