I've been using them for 4 years since we moved here and I cannot say that I'm almost always satisfied with the service. We've had our house re-piped before we moved in. Before we knew it, hot and cold was installed wrong for the shower, laundry back flowed even though I specifically asked if we need to jet it before moving. After this headache, we've used them a number of times after. Almost no job came without consequence. We installed the water softner shortly after moving as they recommended, it started cracking 2.5 years after. So we had to use them again to install another. Thousands of dollars spent with them, and yet we have to call them at least once a year for something that we've had them fixed before, or it's something that was brand new and somehow still needs a couple hundred to fix regardless.
Update: this has pushed me to the limit that we are definitely switching to another company- tiny issue with our new toilet so they came, changed the fill valve, issue still there. called two weeks later and they said they need to replace the flapper and will need to charge another visit and part. WHAT A JOKE.

I would highly recommend Llona Plumbing. They are very responsive and communicate well. I called yesterday and scheduled an appointment for this morning. They called this morning and let me know when they were planning to be here, then arrived when promised. Their plumber, Michael, was very courteous and professional. He completed the work very quickly and did an excellent job of cleaning up. The price was very reasonable and exactly what I was told when I initially contacted them. I will definitely use Llona Plumbing for my future plumbing needs!

Llona Plumbing re-piped my entire house and did a fabulous job! They showed up as scheduled everyday, cleaned up when finished and completed the job on time as planned. I would highly recommend them!! I have used them for smaller jobs over the last 10 years and have always been happy with the job they do.

They were the third plumber I tried because I needed them to come out quick. Chip came out in 40 minutes diagnosed the issue, tried the easier fix and was done in about an hour for a foundation pipe leak! He was super nice and explained everything. Then I receive a thank you with their business calendar in the mail in 2 days. I think this company is very organized, professional and talented. Highly recommended!

We've used Llona Plumbing three times in the past two years for various plumbing issues, most recently flushing out a water heater. They are always punctual, professional, do a great job, and are reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I am not happy or satisfied with the service I'm getting. Looking for new plumber to finish my job. Gave the first poor rating since the job started,sad to say!! It's becoming a trust issue and is setting me back weeks. I am regretting handing over the check for services NOT rendered!!

The guys were great. They were able to come up with good solutions to our old quirky building's plumbing, and took it upon themselves to help with things that I was not expecting. Thanks!

Joe arrived on time, was pleasant and professional. He fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up afterwards. He did some work in my house a few times in the past for other problems as well and did a great job.

I've been using Liona for many years and probably had 7 or 8 jobs or more (I have a few rentals) ranging from bathtub rough-in, sinks rough-in, and general repairs. Its always been the same story: Great office people and scheduling, plumbers show up on time, always skilled and friendly guys, and pricing is fair. This is the only plumber I use these days. A+++

My experience dealing with Llona Plumbing was excellent. I needed to replace a water heater. I called Llona Plumbing on Monday afternoon and by 10:00 o'clock Tuesday morning two courteous professionals were installing the new water heater up on the shelf in the garage. I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you Llona Plumbing.

I contacted this plumbing service and scheduled for someone to come out to my home over the phone. I was never given a price . Only scheduled a time . Once the serviceman came to my home and looked (without even touching anything ) , he advised me that he would charge $155 and that He had to go to Home Depot to pick up the part and come back . I immediately denied his service seeing that the part was only $5. He told me that I would have to pay something . He contacted a female over the phone and she stated “ oh because you’re a first customer, we definitely would have gave you a price” BUT they never did . Had I received a price, i wouldn’t have scheduled anyone to come out . The service man left without rendering any services . Only gave advice as to what he was going to do and showed me the part to obtain at Home Depot . I then received an invoice hours later $139.50 with no explanation . Totally insane!

Can you give less than 1 star. This company is garbage and I wouldn’t recommend or tell my worst enemy about this company. I own a unit at the Motor Enclave and was told they wanted to bid on my project so I sent them the plans and asked for a bid to be returned in 2 weeks. I never heard anything so I called back and they gave me an excuse they didn’t get the plans to the right person. I called back to confirm they were able to get the plans to the right person and they said yes it’s with the owner. I called back the next week and was told I will have a proposal in the next few days. I called back a week later and they told me we aren’t interested in bidding the job. What complete nonsense and a waste of time!

Yomeiky from Llona Plumbing flushed our 47-gallon water tank and installed a new water softener cartridge. The work was done fast and efficiently. He gave us some valuable tips on maintaining our unit’s plumbing and preventing leaks. We will call on Llona again for any plumbing needs that arise as well as for routine maintenance.

I have to give the biggest shout out to Llona Plumbing!!! We have lived the past year in less than habitable conditions due to a major problem with our pipes, specifically our kitchen. Our home is old and we have cast iron pipes. A couple of years ago, the issues started and our kitchen was no longer functional. After several different companies came out to give quotes, we secured a fix to a 6' section charging us thousands of dollars. They told us that eventually the remaining main drain that runs straight thru our foundation (100") would fail. Estimates were 50-60k...

Last October, the original pipe failed farther down and due to the economy we were not able to get it resolved. Long story short, I was referred by someone to call Llona. David came out and gave me hope!!! He had a workaround! The job was no easy task but Henry, Andy and Gabriel came thru here and worked tirelessly to complete the project! There were more unexpected issues and those did not stop them. They completed the job, passed inspection first time and did everything they said they'd do. Gabriel cleaned up the site and left our home smelling fresh and clean. We really wish we would have met them previously because sadly the company that did the 6' fix charged us more than this entire job. I highly recommend Llona Plumbing for all your needs! They could have easily tried to take advantage of us but instead were honest and fair! I pray continued blessings over the company and it's employees in the upcoming year!
