I called this company for the first time today. I’ve never dealt with them before. They were immediately responsive and attentive to our every need. They came out within four hours of having been called and returned before the end of the day to ensure the system was working properly. I cannot say enough about their professionalism. John, the service technician was absolutely top-notch.

Barker completed my semi-annual checkup for my 2 units today. Their technician was so polite and competent! They always do a superb job. I wouldn't dream of ever going anywhere else for A/C!!!

They replaced two HVAC units and the new ones function well. They came back and replaced thermostats with ones I preferred at no cost. They also did a thorough quality control check after installation to ensure the installation was according to code. I have used them for many years and have always been pleased with their work. Today we needed Barker to come and check our air. The 2 men were very professional and forthcoming. They finished fixing the air in a short amount of time. Then 2 hours later the air still wasn’t cooling down. Barker air came back out and Freddy did some troubleshooting and found the problem. He explained our options as if we’re his family. We were having issues with our unit and Barker Air sent someone out within an hour! Zach is absolutely amazing. Figured out the issue in no time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this company. They've taken care of us since day one from great prices to friendly service and communication.

I had Barker A/C come out for a 2nd option on my Duct work after being told I need a new hot water heater and all new duct work asap. I was with this company for 8 years. Barker came out the next day, friendly, informative and very helpful. I did not need either of these things. Saved myself 22,000 dollars. It is nice to know there are still honest people out there. I am canceling the other company and signed up with Barker A/C.

Was so sweet and patient with my autistic son, AND minor issues he found with my unit that others would just ignore he took care of. He genuinely cares about his work and his customers, and it shows. Been doing business w Mark’s A/C for 14 years. Have purchased 2 units from him. NEVER any problems. Technicians arrive at appointed time, are friendly, courteous, quick with diagnosing needed service & always clean up their debris. The response time are fast, depending on services needed.

Mark‘s AC did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them the unit at my home was in a closet in a tight space and they were able to fit the original full-size trane unit in with no problem while others that I received bids from we’re having issues with the height of the unit. Great job Mark !

I had a clogged line in our condo which was causing the unit to not turn on. Called Mark and he was out there the next day and had it fixed quickly. He was easy to deal with and very reasonably priced.
