I called late in the afternoon because of the failure of our AC unit. They sent a technician that evening, who came out and took care of the problem completely reset the thermostat, and it was up and running for us at that point. Unfortunately, I had received a diagnosis from another company who told me that I needed a completely new unit the Barker tech Figured out the problem, repaired it for a minor fraction of what the other company quoted me. They called me the next day as a follow up, explained everything they had done and told me to make sure to call if we had any problems at all going forward. I can't thank them enough.

Reliable, on-time, get the work done right the first time-around, great customer service oriented people, and fairly priced. Service done today by Z. is the latest 5-star example.

Arrived home to air conditioner down. I checked Next Door site and many praised Barker for honest and competent work. Called and received service within two hours even though not yet a service contract customer. Aiza (service tech) was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Diagnostic work found fan motor needed replacement. Ordered part and hopefully will be installed soon. Highly recommend.

Great experience. We recently switched to Barker and are were happy we did so. Our technician, Azer, was punctual and he set good expectations for today’s visit as well as what to expect going forward. The folks over the phone were also very friendly.

Technicians were prompt and arrived at 9am as scheduled. Got the old ac out in an hour and proceeded to install the new one. No problems very professional and experienced.

We have a contract with Barker and we are thankful that they come out and check our unit once a year. They also will come out if or when we need them. The techs are always professional and clean.

Rumor has it that Barker is a transparent company, so when our AC broke down on Wednesday evening we did not hesitate to call them. Their technician came in, was courteous and polite. He conducted a thorough diagnosis after examining inside and outside. His quote was reasonable too and he fixed the AC within a couple of hours or so. We are very pleased and grateful for their quick response to our call. It is nice to relay on a company that you can trust! We highly recommend Barker to anyone who seeks AC repair.

Very pleased with the work Barker Air Conditioning and Heating Inc., did for us. Hurricane Milton threw a branch into our outside compressor creating havoc with the equipment. The branch was sucked inside and damaged the motor, blades and filter lining. Kaput! We had the entire system replaced, inside and out. The inside mechanics were good but 11 years old. It took two servicemen all day to do the job. They were polite, efficient and did a great job with clean-up. They reviewed with us all the work that they did and how to operate and care for our new system. Very pleased with Barker and comfortable once again.

This was my first interaction with the Barker AC company and it gets an A+ rating. The technician, Michael, was informative, knowledgeable and personable. The company provides a maintenance plan that is comprehensive and reasonable in price. It has been a very good experience in a world where customer service has largely been given a lower priority. Im from ny i bought a mobile home in vero beach and use Barkrer for all my air conditioning and heating needs there always on time and seem to always fit you in there busy schedule there mechanic seem very knowledgable about the equipment and there very curious and do clean work.The also have service contracts so its even better when something unexpected happens and you dont have to pay .Thank you Barker I will be recommending you to all ny neighbors.

I was referred by a neighbor to call Barker Air Conditioning Company if any issues with my air conditioning system should arise.
Well, on Saturday when I went to change my air filter I noticed a slight amount of water dripping inside. I shut the unit off and turned the fan on overnight. When I turned my A/C back on Sunday morning the dripping of water started again.
I called Barker Air Conditioning Company immediately even though it was a Sunday.
I spoke to Louis and explained my concerns. He told me that he already reached out to the on-call technician and that I would be contacted shortly. After about 10 minutes, I got a call from Jason, who stated he would be by in about an hour as he was on another job. Jason arrived and was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed my unit and within minutes my A/C unit was up and running.
Their after hours pricing was very reasonable and the service that Jason provided was excellent!
I have already referred Barker Air Conditioning Company to a friend.

We have the service plan with Barker Air, and it gives us such peace of mind knowing that help is just a call away. Anytime we’ve had an issue, they’ve been at our home very quickly. The technicians are always polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. Excellent service every time—we highly recommend them!

We had Barker install our new HVAC unit for our first floor, and they were fast, professional, and very competent. Price wasn't cheap, but it was fair for a full unit install. Their maintenance plan is reasonable, and the techs were quite thorough (flushing drains, checking efficiency, washing condenser lanes, etc.)

My AC stopped working on Sunday night. I called Baker at 8am on Monday morning when they opened. The tech was at my home by 8:30 and had my AC back up and working by 9:00. This kind of responsiveness was much better than I expected. I strongly recommend Baker AC and Heating!
