Austin did a great job and he even put the packets of oil in the attic to repel the mice. The only thing is the expense of the pipe was very high. Also $89.00 just to look over the job is too high.

Austin came exactly when he was supposed to and fixed my issue quickly and precisely.

Very unresponsive when found wrong installation and no sign of repair yet promised lifetime warranty.
We had all ducts replaced on Friday. Saturday morning when starting insulation of attic we found at least 3 registers not sealed off at all, furnace to plenum leaking air causing the mastic to liquify and flow, few flex hoses to boxes not sealed off with mastic.
We called freedom air second day after the ducts install and we’re told they are busy and no clue when they can come in. Escalated to management as we had second job pending this repair, we’re told they would call us and nobody did (it’s day 2). I ended up having some of it repaired to be able to proceed with the insulation at my own cost.
Absolutely the worst service. Still have the plenum to furnace leaking. $9000 for duct work which I had to fix myself for more money!

Edit: Manager called, and crew came to fix it. I told the manager I do not want anyone walk in the attic as I had new insulation. Manager told me they would backfill all that was stepped on. THAT WAS A LIE again. I have now low spots in.
DO NOT CONTRACT THESE PEOPLE.

I had Austin as my plumber and he was great! I could not be happier. The company is terrific, able to come on a Sunday within 3 hours of my call. Great!

The tech did identify and resolve a few issues, but unfortunately, he never fixed the *main* problem he was originally called out for. I ended up paying $1,000 for a condenser coil cleaning, re-servicing 1 lb of refrigerant (which he let escape), and blowing out a drain I had already cleared myself. Aside from the coil cleaning, the rest felt like nickel-and-diming.

To top it off, he poked a hole in my ductwork and never patched it — so I guess that was a freebie? Yippee.

I did follow his advice on replacing the outdoor capacitor and thermostat, which I managed easily thanks to Google and AI. Ironically, it was Bing AI Copilot that pointed me toward the "actual" issue: the evaporator fan capacitor. Sure enough, that was the root cause all along.

Disappointed that I had to rely on AI to solve what the professional missed.

He was professional and informative. His crew cleaned up after their work. Grateful they the job well.

Abe came and replaced the plumbing for our shower and updated our fixtures. He came back the next day to replace our water heater that was on the fritz. Very professional and courteous! This is the 2nd tech from Freedom Air & Plumbing, and we are very pleased with their work! Abe was very knowledgeable and his keen eye saved us from a potential water damage. We appreciate all the work done and the advice for other upgrades to keep our plumbing in good condition for years to come. Definitely recommend this company and their professional technicians!

Breyson was very polite and respectful besides explaining everything he checked in our A/C system. He suggested a piece of additional equipment and explained why it’s important to have.

I had my ac mini split unit motor and filter / pump system fixed by this company late last year. Initial cost was to be $200 or so to flush line, but after everything that could go wrong did go wrong I ended up paying around $1,000. On first day the mini ac started to make a rattling noise which became more common as days went on. After I could not stand the more constant noise I called them a couple of days to set up an appt. A technician was suppose to be between in my residence between 3-6 but showed up at 7 pm without a call he would be arriving after 6. I showed him the mini split and noise. He places fault on me because my ac main is not functioning probably which per him caused algae to build up in my mini pump filter system of my mini split. He offered to flush for a charge. I’m confused . Their slogan is “ how can my family help your family”, but they don’t even have common sense that first person who installed filter pump does know what he was doing. Why would a job that was done incorrectly be expected to pay to fix their error. Word of mouth is a powerful thing and I’ve heard from colleague that this company has a lot to be desired.

Took longer than normal, the Ac was serviced to add coolant only to still not be cooling effectively. I paid over 300 dollars have my Ac not cooling again and it started being that way a few days after. Besides the fact I was told multiple times it would cost me 69 dollars total for the service,the technician said it would be 369 dollars after he was done. No stars from me. This had to bd the worst AC company I’ve ever dealt with. It’s only been a couple weeks. I don’t even think he checked the filter or anything! Never again. And as u can see, set to 73 but the inside is temping at almost 80.

On time and fast efficient service. Jason was so easy to work with. Presented the issue and the solution. Made the call a pleasant experience.
