Josh was the kindest person he went up and beyond. I would recommend Air Docs to anyone. I didn't have the best credit, but Josh worked everything out and got us hooked up. we get our new ac on Tuesday. Thank you from my the bottom of my heart ❤️ .

Excellent service. Had a problem with our thermostat after newly installed a/c units and Josh Coburn showed up ahead of scheduled appointment.Fixed problem explained what happened and took time to help navigate through new thermostat and app. Hats off for 5 plus service Always dependable always professional always on time …. Air Docs has been our a/c contractors for 10 years. Highly recommend them.

I recently had Air Docs install a brand new A/C system in my home and couldn't be happier ! The entire company was fantastic . The office staff was always friendly and courteous. Tommy came to my home and reviewed the best system for my home and budget . He was very nice and knowledgeable . Brad came out when my old system finally broke for good . He tried everything to try to bring it back to life. Once he knew it was dead, he quickly installed a window A/C unit to cool my bedroom down, so we could sleep . After a couple of days, I called the office to ask if they could bring out a 2nd window A/C for my sons room . Within 30 minutes, a technician named Gage came out to install it for me ! He was also very nice and friendly.
The day of my new install, three technicians came and work extremely hard in the boiling attic . Rob, Ash and Burt were all FANTASTIC ! All of them were polite and very knowledgeable. They even worked through their lunch break to make sure the job was completed the same day .
I can't say enough great things about this company . I am a painting contractor in Vero Beach, so I have dealt with many other A/C companies on job sites . NONE of them compare to the 5 star service of AIR Docs ! I highly recommend this company .

Air Docs came to our rescue when our air handler kept backing up with water. After a thorough investigation, it was determined the air handler (installed by a different company) was not level and water was backing up in the back of the pan, creating a disgusting bacteria. The drainage line was installed incorrectly not to mention numerous other issues! John arrived on time and worked meticulously to reinstall the air handler and build out support for it. John was very informative and respectful throughout the day! Awesome job Air Docs!

Service was great. Met with Josh he was on time knowledgeable very helpful with selecting the right product for my home. The installation was smooth and finished on time with great results. Wish I had before and after pictures to show workmanship. Very pleased with AirDocs performance from office service and techs. Highly recommend them if needing service or AC replacement.

I recently had my old AC unit replaced by Air Docs Heating & Cooling, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! From the initial quote to the final installation, everything was smooth and professional.
Today, when the unit stopped cooling properly, I called around 2:30, and by 4:00 the technician, Tristen, was at my door. He quickly found a blockage, cleared it out and took the time to show me how to prevent it from happening again by flushing the line regularly.

I was very pleased with the work done by this company. They just replaced our entire unit. I first dealt with Joe Martino, who came over to discuss all of our concerns and give us a quote. Great service. Appointments that are made are kept and on time. Workmanship is excellent. Work is done professionally, without a lot of disruption to the area outside of the work area. A really excellent company. I would strongly recommend for all of your A/C and Heating Needs.

Air Docs performed an AC tune up at my home in Vero Beach. Their Tech Tim was a gentleman. The work was excellent and the pricing was very fair. I would highly recommend.

We had Air Docs Heating & Cooling come out over a water leak coming from our AC. Thank goodness they came. Blew out the line and found a ton of bacteria on the fly wheel and air components which was GROSS! They did a great job and we highly recommend their services. Technicians were great, informative and on-time!

My a/c unit turned off for an unexplained reason. My unit was installed less than a year ago. Matt and team arrived professionally and efficiently to help diagnosis the issue. Matt has been to my home a few times within the past year to help with thermostat issues and unit shutting off. They both have always been kind, courteous and professional.

This company takes customer service to a new level - they truly put the customer first. I noticed something had to be reworked after a recent install job. They didn't play the blame game or try to make excuses - they immediately apologized and made it right with no additional cost. Everyone on the installation crew was professional and courteous. Air Docs will be my A/C company forever.

Had Air Docs out for an a/c unit that wasn’t performing.
Bad news is I needed a new system because my current one was 11 years old, good news is the price provided was fair (no A/C quote I got was a small number, these systems have gotten expensive since COVID).
They came when they said they would, finished when they say they would, and the system works very well.

Great experience, highly recommend.
