I have had an outstanding experience with Advance Air Conditioning and Heat and cannot recommend them highly enough. I purchased my AC unit back in 2014 and have continued with their yearly maintenance services ever since. Phil and his team have consistently delivered exceptional service.

Phil’s pricing is always fair and affordable, and he is incredibly prompt when returning calls or text messages. He takes the time to ensure customer needs are fully understood and met, always setting clear expectations and delivering on them. His team is professional, efficient, and gets the job done right every time.

Ofcourse my system went out and in this Florida summer I needed a company to come out ASAP and get my system working again. Bates came out the same day, got my system working within an hour and was very fair on pricing. Shoutout to Bates for taking care of me!

Brad was a very knowledgeable technician. He went to work immediately and finished in a timely manner. I asked him several questions to help me understand what he was doing. He took the time to answer all of my questions. I enjoyed talking with Brad while he was at our home and I would recommend him to anyone.

John is an excellent technician that treats you like family!! The quality of customer service provided alleviates some of the stress that an emergency AC call out brings. We have used Bates three times now and I can honestly say it’s a no brainer on who to call when we’re having an issue.

The technician Jonathan came for our annual AC serviced. He was very professional, and notify me I want to accomplish today. Also recommended some additional service that I can have done which I will have known her a few today

I'm very pleased with the service I received when my A/C quit cooling on a Saturday afternoon. They sent a technician (Ryan) out right away to check my system. He was very courteous and professional while diagnosing the problem. He explained everything as he went and provided photos of the problem he found with my unit.
A circuit board was bad and needed to be replaced. The part was received in a matter of days and they scheduled to have it installed right away. Josh was sent out to replace the board and I found him to be just as friendly and professional as the previous technician.
Very pleased with the service I received, the interaction with the technicians, the timeliness of the repair, and the cost of the service(s).

I had a sales guy from Barker come out, and it was honestly a joke. He barely looked around, rushed through the process, and slapped a quote on the table for just a basic system replacement — no explanation, no options, and zero interest in solving my comfort issues. It felt like a used car pitch.

Then Ryan from Bates showed up, and the difference was night and day. He actually took the time to listen, walked through every room, inspected my attic, ducts, airflow, and even looked at our IAQ needs. He gave me a range of options that made sense for my home, not just some cookie-cutter system. It was professional, detailed, and he explained everything in plain English.

Bates Air and Heat was great, tech showed up on time, explained with photos condition of unit, cleaned up any little debris on floor. I would definitely use them next time too!
