We have had Dakota for other maintenance calls, and today we had Jay. Both excellent! Phillip the owner is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Super happy with this company.

3/07/2025 - Advanced air conditioning, put in a new unit in my condo in 2020, and has serviced it every year. The owner, Phil, Bentley and his crew has responded each and every time in a professional manner. Today his service technician named Dakota responded to my condo in Vero Beach to do the annual maintenance. Like always they gave me a heads up prior to his arrival. And came when they said they would. What a refreshing concept, came on the day they say they would and came on time. Dakota performed the annual maintenance on my unit,, great job!! The work area when he left was as clean as when he arrived. I’m from New York, so when I find something that works and for a decent price , I stick with it, I highly recommend advanced air-conditioning, call Phil he’ll work with you. He’s just a nice guy. It’s my pleasure to express that in my opinion Advanced Air is the standard, exceptional.
The original equipment during new construction in 2005 and the replacement system in 2021was installed by the experts at Advanced.
I decided to replace the equipment in 2021 because of inflation and supply shortages, even though it was preforming flawlessly.
Most importantly I got the system I was set on, other quotes from competitors would not promise the manufacturer or the price.
The crew at Advanced Jay and Dakota exemplify honesty and professionalism.

At this point I have only received an estimate from AAC&H but I was very impressed with Dakota who came out to gather the information for the estimate. Later I spoke to Phil who informed me of different options, and taught me a thing or two about A/C. He is very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with. We will be replacing our system and AAC&H will be the one we call. After installation, they will be the only one that we call for service. If nothing else, give Phil a call and talk with him. I think you will be glad you did.

I became concerned that my 8 year old outside condenser unit would need replacing soon. I set up an appointment with one a/c contractors nearby, (Not advanced A/C & Heat), who did a good accessment of my unit and sent me a quite healthy quote along with a $125 bill for for the estimate, which I questioned, but have not heard back from them coincidentally!
I then contacted Advanced A/C & Heat via their web page. Within an hour or so, Phil, the owner, called me late in the afternoon. We talked for at least two hours about my concerns relating to my a/c unit, as well as just about everything else under the sun. I had a million questions for Phil, who was more than happy to share his knowledge and expertise with me regardless of the fact that it was quite late in the day and well after his working hours.
We set up an appointment time for an estimate to have my system replaced, which was only a matter of days later.
Again, after arriving when he said he would and after myriad, probably tedious questions from me, he came to conclude that I still had life left in my unit and suggested that I not replace it at this time since it was functioning properly. Phil quickly pointed out some minor issues that I was not aware of, which, of course, led to more questions, which he answered graciously!
So, to conclude, I met a friend whom I trusted and really enjoyed talking with who talked me out of an a/c system against his own best interest. Phil also gave me the assurance that if I found that my unit had any issues in the future that I could just call him and have it repaired or replaced in a matter of days.

First class company. The owner answered the phone, and I didn't get a recording to leave a message. Phillip was so very pleasant and assured me a technician that day. Service was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. I will always call them in the future. Very professional and honest!

The crew at Advanced is amazing. They didn’t push anything that we didn’t need, but we ended up doing a whole new system anyway. They worked around the clock to get the new system installed so we could safely move into our new house, and got us onto their schedule super quickly. Couldn’t be more satisfied with their service.

Had a Tam 9 installed with an outside unit installation as well right before the pandemic. We asked for a custom box for the air handler. They obliged without any hesitation. Here we are in 2025 and not one single issue has occured with both the exterior and interior units. Phil is #1. Thank you guys.

The technicians (Jay and Dakota) were always professional, on-time, and hard workers. They installed 2 brand new units in our home and made sure everything was in working order. They worked very hard to get us working AC as fast as they could and couldn’t have been better. Throughout the whole process, Phil continued to reach out to confirm that everything was working properly and that we were pleased with the work. We were really impressed with our experience with Advanced Air Conditioning:
- I called at 7:30 am to request service/repair as a new customer.
- A technician was at our home by 9:15, assessed the situation, and ordered the needed parts.
- The technician returned, made a major repair, and was completed by 12:30.
Our total time, from initial call to completion, was less than 5 hours!

We called, they immediately came out to assist us. They were extremely professional, polite and courteous. We would recommend them to anyone who wants a company that's honest and has integrity. Try them, you can't go wrong.

We’ve been doing business with Advanced Air for many years. Their pricing is more than fair. Unlike other competitors they don’t pay commission on parts thus this eliminates the possibility of things that are not broken needing to be repaired.

Excellent service from the moment I got on the call to Phillip. I was so nervous as I had just moved into my home and couldn’t understand why my ac was making noise and shut off.

Tim arrived on time and very friendly to take care of the issue. He went through things that it may be, looked at vents and went into the attic and took a look at both side and outside units.

He was so very friendly and took care listening to my conversations on how my day was going .

Years ago I read a book about customer service called The Fred Factor by Mark Sanborn. Fred was Mark Sanborn's mailman when he moved to Colorado.
The whole book is about this one man and how he treated his customers. There is a quote that says something like "Don't be ordinary, be extraordinary".
This book is how I rate customer service on a scale of 1-5.
For me Advanced A/C and Heat is a definite 5.
I couldn't ask for better service. From when I talked to Philip to Jay who came out to service my A/C we were treated with respect. They explain and talk to you like they have known you for a long time.
I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks if I know a good A/C company.
They are definitely not ordinary, they are extraordinary.

I called to see if I could get my dryer ducts cleaned. This company answered right away, and was very friendly and helpful. The price I was quoted was less than half of what another company quoted. They were able to work with my hectic schedule. The tech showed up exactly on time. He was really nice, did a great job, and even cleaned up under my dryer! I paid exactly what I was quoted. Overall great experience and definitely recommend.

GREAT JOB!
We had AC issues during the summer, and one of the guys came over, replaced a switch of some sort, and let me know the Heat Pump was getting tired.
I forgot and called another guy who was about to clean my clock by making it a super big deal. Luckily, they did not call me back the following day.
I remembered Advanced AC by that time and called Phil.
2 days later we had a new Heat Pump installed and it works GREAT!

Highly recommend Advanced Air - they did 2 of our neighbors in the past and now ours and we are very happy.

Called Phil this morning. No A/C. Was expecting a couple of days to get the issue(s) resolved. Phil gave me some likely issues then said he'd have service out between 10 and 12. Jay showed up at 10 on the nose. Turned out, Phil was correct (fuse). Figured Jay was done. Then Jay said he was going to check a few things. An hour and a half later, he'd sorted out several things that I didn't know I had an issue with, did a tune up and other stuff and has the old unit running like a champ. So I figured the bill was going to reflect the extra things Jay did. Nope...just about half of what he did...plus the bill was less than half what I was thinking!!! Good job folks!! So is Advanced going to be our new go to for A/C issues??? YEP!!!
