Out of your entire staff Kamari, was fantastic. I'm not saying that Tim,and Bob weren't excellent also. With the problems I had wit my system he had found out what was happening almost instantly, I was so impressed with his knowledge and expertise of how to make sure that situation was taken care of. He went above and beyond the call of duty, but With the staff you have that's why they work for such a fantastic company. My wife and I are so satisfied and happy with the service we received and are lucky to have signed a service contract with Seacoast Air. To anyone reading this it'd be sooooo misunderstood as to why you wouldn't have Seacoast Air as your Air Conditioner service contractor's. Once again thank you Kamari, you are my superhero Batman of the A.C. industry with admiration, and the utmost respec, Gary and Cindy Cicalese.

The guy who did the yearly was amazing I learned alot about my unit and a/c in general. I was trying to find his photo but I didn't see it for review but he was great. I had no issues since switching to Seacoast.

Nathan was great!! Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Nice to work with someone who knows what they are doing! SeaCoast is lucky to have him on their team!!

A big shout out to Roger and Matt who came out yesterday to install our HVAC system. They were right on time and prepared for the job. They were professional, friendly, and made the whole process so easy. I also want to give a huge thanks to Dane, the sales rep, for assisting us with the decision on the unit. He was super helpful, answered all of our questions, and made sure we got the right unit for our home. HVAC systems are pricey, and I wasn't looking forward to the purchase, but I feel at ease knowing we made the right decision on the unit and the company to take care of the installation. I highly recommend this company.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Smith for my dryer vent cleaning. The service provided was not only subpar but also a complete waste of time and money. Here's why:

Incomplete Job:
The technician from Smith failed to do a thorough job. They didn't bother to go on the roof to check and clean the entire vent, which is a crucial part of the process. As a result, the issue persisted.

Ignored Safety Concerns:
When the second company I called later arrived, they found the vent completely blocked and discovered water accumulation in the hose behind the dryer leading to the vent. This is a severe safety hazard that was completely overlooked by Smith
Ineffectual Service:
My dryer was not functioning properly, and I initially believed it was due to lint build-up in the vent. Unfortunately, the service provided by Smith did not address the root problem. It felt like a total waste of time and money.

Lack of Professionalism:
The lack of professionalism and negligence in their work was truly disappointing. I expected a service that would ensure the safety and efficiency of my dryer, but I was met with an inadequate and half-hearted effort.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against using Smith for dryer vent cleaning. Their inability to perform a basic, fundamental task of checking the entire vent system, coupled with their disregard for safety concerns, was a huge letdown. I had to pay for a second company to complete the job correctly, which made my experience with Smith a costly mistake. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a reliable and professional dryer vent cleaning service.

Smith Services INC in Vero Beach maintain my AC system. I have been with them for 5+ years and recommend their services.

Calling to get service is a breeze when you call their office number.

Their technicians always arrive on time as scheduled. Very friendly with Great customer service skills.

I want to give a special thank you to Rochenel who is a technician with Smith services.
Rochenel has great communication skills and makes sure his customers know what tasks he is about to perform on their system.

Whether he is maintaining the AC drip line or checking coolant he keeps the customer informed.

Recently Rochenel advised and also showed me that the air handler had mold issues and a UV light would help out with that matter.
If he did not go that extra mile to check out the system fully I would never have known of this problem.

A week later the installation was complete.

I am very satisfied with Smith Services and thanks again to Rochenel.

Technician not familiar with location for our AC. Unit fairly new and already replaced motor at cost of $400, and now needs light bulb of $1400. I’d say that is pretty ridiculous
