We have used Smith Services since we moved to Vero Beach in 2023. We like owner Mike Brown and his expertise. However in the past some of his employees have not been as diligent or professional as we would have hoped. Luckily today Isaiah was the tech assigned to come do the service on our two units. He went above and beyond to make sure our systems were in good working order and communicated with us about his findings in a professional and expert manner. Isaiah is an incredible asset to the Smith Services team.

Had Smith Service install my new AC and have had them service the unit using the maintenance plan. They have been exceptional, always easy to work with and knowledgeable. Their technicians are more than courteous, prompt and professional. So far, I can only sing their praise.

Used Smith Services to replace mini-split. Rep very knowledgeable about business and products. Estimate was fair, job completed on time to complete satisfaction. Installation crew addressed every question and all concerns. Handled warranty information and supplied me with copy. The entire process could not have been any easier if I tried. Great job.

Smith Heating and air conditioning is the company we have used for many years. They are prompt when an emergency arises (losing a/c in summer) and the technicians are top notch and get the job completed quickly and efficiently - the first time.

We also take advantage of their maintenance plan option - which has kept our a/c working smoothly all year long.

Recently, we had to replace the system at an older home we purchased. It was a big job, with a lot of changes from the original setup. The technicians kept us updated on every step and made it as painless as possible. They did an excellent job. The new system and configuration are working extremely well.

I would highly recommend this family owned business. They are punctual, knowledgeable and very thorough. Jay is such a gentleman. Steven found a small leak in our brand new home’s unit and we were able to get it replaced while under warranty.

Ismail was very knowledgeable! Diagnosed and also showed me my problem(which thats a big plus in my opinion)and took care of my issue. Now no drips 👍 Being on their service plan is good too because you get 10% off! Company was very prompt on getting technician out as well!

Smith Services were professional and courteous. When our AC failed they came out on a Friday night to get us through until we could get a new system. Within a few days they installed the new air conditioner. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Technicians were on time - they are fast, efficient and cleaned up when done. Gave me a detailed description of work that was done and backed up with photos.

Yesterday, we had a new system installed and John the lead installer was the best ever!
He was informative, work area was immaculate and educational. I would rate John and Smith Services a 10 plus!

I had mice in my attic that ate my duct work up to the point it had to be replaced. The company that has been servicing my system for better then 15 yrs now really disappointed me with some crazy quote it was so bad I asked if he was drinking when he wrote it.
Anyways I called Smith Services Mike came out the same day gave me a price and had his crew here the next morning. Everyone was professional polite answered any questions I had. The day after the job was completed I received a call just checking to make sure I was happy and everything went smoothly. As during the job a gentleman name Ron swung by checking on the job and also mike. I could not be happier with my choice. Thank you guys for all your help you were truly a life saver

Advanced air installed my new a/c and they do the yearly maintenance. They've always been reasonable, and on time when they say they would be here. I give them two thumbs up for reliability and honesty.

It's been MANY years since we've dealt with such a great company. Everyone I dealt with - from the owner, Phil, who gave us seriously competitive pricing and answered ALL of our questions, to the lead tech Jay and Elias, who worked diligently installing my air conditioning system - was super professional, competent, and friendly. They got my installation done in a very short time and every detail is finished perfectly.

Excellent customer service is an understatement. I was impressed with the service from the minute they answered the phone. My technician came out in a storm to evaluate my failing AC unit and offered really competitive repair and replace options. I would most definitely recommend this company!

Advanced Air as a company and its staff, including Phillip and Jay cannot be beaten are not equaled in every aspect of their service. Air conditioned is a necessity in Florida, making it vital to have a responsive, competent and honest HVAC contractor. My ac malfunctioned last night. After hours on the phone Phillip tried to troubleshoot it. Following his rubric I got it to work. Thank you for saving me from a night of turning my big bed into a small swimming pool with perspiration. To be safe I asked for a technician today and right on time Jay arrived with the best attitude and expert skills. Absolutely excellent for which I am grateful. Try as hard as I can to be imaginative, I really can’t realistically even image better treatment.
