Kearney was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about our AC unit. He diagnosed the problem and prepared quotes to repair/replace our 20 year old AC. The response after a holiday was prompt and our new unit will be installed tomorrow. Couldn't ask for better customer service!

Kasey from Seacoast arrived within 15-20 minutes of our call to the company. He found the problem quickly and fixed it. He is friendly, and a very capable repairman. The company further sent another company to repair the damage caused by the original problem.

I arrived home late at night to a hot house. Seacoast came to the rescue and sent out Austin within 30 minutes. He was very nice and polite. He had it all figured out within minutes and got it fixed plus checked a few other things just to make sure there were no other issues. He is a great asset to Seacoast!! Don’t roast, and I’m going to boast, call Seacoast!

The tech Martin was polite and professional. He called before arriving with an accurate time. Seacoast sent a picture of the tech so we knew who was coming. He explained what he did for the annual maintenance, and changed the air filter.
Very satisfied!

Seacoast Air Conditioning is a very good company to work with. When you call they answer the phone promptly. Scheduling is easy, they are very flexible in working with the customer. We just had our second six month service of the year and Marquez was prompt in arriving, efficient and professional in his service and friendly as well. We highly recommend this company.

Absolutely wonderful experience with Marquez from Sea Coast Air Conditioning. Immediately returned our call our AC not turning on. He was very professional and showed up very fast on a Sunday. Marquez was professional and informative about the AC ,once he fixed the problem he reassured us that we could call Seacoast anytime for any problem with our AC. I would highly recommend Marquez we are appreciative for his quick response and services.

I just have to say what a great experience I had with Kasey Dykman he was very knowledgeable, professional, and Honest!!! He probably saved me from having to spend thousands of dollars unnecessarily because my latest company tried to say our unit was bad…….we cancelled our current service with dellair and got a maintenance plan with sea coast same day!!! Wish I would’ve called sooner!!

Every time Sea Coast sends someone to my home I think they are the best that Sea Coast has ever sent me. Today was no different, Kasey was on time, knowledgeable and personable. He was thorough and precise. He had to get water from my sink and noticed I had a button that was stuck in my nozzle (I could never figure out how to fix it) he took two minutes and fixed it! I don’t think Sea Coast can do better than Kasey….he was perfection!

I had Marquez for my 2X a year maintenance on my 2 units. He was also the service man who originally signed me up for this service. He explains things easily understandable and we had previously discussed having ultraviolet lights installed on my units.
After thorough discussion with him today, I decided to have them installed. The lights are not cheap, but I understand the benefits on my units and my home as a whole.
I am pleased having Marquez as my service contractor.

We have used Sea Coast several times over the years for problems with our air conditioning and we have always been very satisfied. On the last service call we were told that we would be needing a new system soon and on the hottest Friday of this year......you guessed it! Sea Coast came out immediately and gave us a price for the system that was very fair and then they were able to get it fully installed on Monday morning! It's a pleasure to deal with such a fair and honest local company. We highly recommend them for all of your A/C needs!!

I'm a new customer of sea coast, and i'm very impressed with them... I had a difficult AC problem that was hard to diagnose, and Jason was very skilled, knowledgeable and extremely professional ...he got to the bottom of it and came after hours... It was a convoluted, complicated problem, and he figured out what was going on... I'm so relieved... He is top-notch, and so is the company. The service is excellent.

Sea Coast is an excellent company from friendly and efficient office staff to the tech who comes to the door. Kasey serviced our AC unit. He was informative and respectful. Loved Kasey!

Dave was at my house 30 minutes after I called on Sunday evening. He was very courteous and personable. He clearly explained the issue with my AC, what it would take to fix it, what was under warranty, and what everything would cost. I found him to be very honest and straightforward.

Austin was the most professional, knowledgeable, honest consultant I have experienced - making Seacoastair Stand out. Zach did an amazing job. He came out last minute, and fixed our AC unit. We had a drainage issue and he fixed it right away. Him and the entire company are super professional and we always use them whenever we need an AC need. We highly recommend them and the team for any of your needs.

This is the second time we used Seacoast air conditioning. Very reputable company. Marquez came out today and fixed our air conditioner for no charge; explaining it was still under warranty. Seacoast put in our air conditioning about a year and a half ago; and they gave us the most reasonable quote and had excellent reviews. One of the best experiences I've had working with any contractor.

We highly recommend Sea Coast AC. This caring & skilled business has provided AC support for our family for decades. The office staff, management & technicians care about customers. This is evident in their corporate culture; skill & thorough diagnosis of issues; & prompt response to calls & questions. We especially like how they keep us informed as the work progresses. We’ve been served by a number of Sea Coast techs & each one has been terrific. Most recently we’ve had the pleasure of having David, Zach S., Rosendo & his associate do work for us. Each of these Sea Coast staff showed up as arranged; thoroughly investigated our concern & stayed until the job was done. They kept us informed & the issue was resolved. We have an older home & just today Rosendo & his associate installed new lines in 100+ degree heat. While we did our best to be sure they were hydrated, they did the work using their vast experience, skill & with care. This job was pre facilitated by the knowledge of Zach S. who found the issue and the experience of Richie, who I believe is a member of management. We can’t thank this group of people enough. If you have AC needs we sincerely believe you will not regret calling Sea Coast. They are just good people who know a lot about AC systems.

When it appeared that my air conditioner was not working properly, I called Sea Coast about 8 o'clock. In less than an hour, Nathan was here. I have a problem with the coils which will need to be replaced, and which are covered in full for parts and labor under the Sea Coast service plan. Nathan was very polite and professional. I always feel in good hands with Seacoast.
