Zack, my service tech, arrived when expected and was polite and professional the entire time while interacting with me. He began his work by inspecting the outside unit, and then inspected the inside unit in my attic. While in the attic he repaired a duct that he had noticed had separated and was leaking. After the work was completed he reviewed with me all that he had done, and we discussed the current condition of my A/C, while I signed the paperwork. I appreciate his attention to detail, and will recommend his services to my friends.

Beginning with the very polite & knowledgeable woman who answered the phone, within minutes I had an appointment time (and they actually showed up earlier than expected) especially with this being on the weekend. The technician, David, was extremely knowledgeable and was able to have my unit up and running very quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

This company and technician are fantastic! I had another AC company under contract, but when I called them early in the morning, they gave me a runaround. So, I decided to call this company based on their TV ads. Well, what a wonderful experience! From the phone call to scheduling, the technician was very professional. They were upfront about the price, which was a bit pricey, but it was well worth it. It’s always worth the money when you get professionals who know what they’re doing. They take their time and make sure everything is right.
