Very polite and accommodating! Took his time and did it right, despite it being an outdoor refrigerator and ridiculously hot! Didn’t complain about the dogs or the heat, not once!. Very pleased overall .

My initial experience was aweful. Part ordered and it came. Service scheduled 3 times. No show. Kept telling me I did not have the parts. Frustrated
Eric who came today was wonderful

Eric quickly diagnosed the issue with my electric dryer and gave us our options for repair. He is knowledgable, approachable and acts in his clients' best interest.

Unfortunately my claim with Choice Home Warranty was denied (they have denied 3 claims combined in a row on two different warranty policies), but the Sears repairman was very thorough and nice. I was pleased with the quick repair response to my claim submitted to Choice, as Sears repairman Richard arrived the very next day. This was not our first experience with Sears repair personnel and we are always very happy when we get Sears called for repair as we don't get to choose who comes. You came under a home warranty company contract so our copay was a contracted $45 with Choice.

Technician was professional and found the problem quickly. Unfortunately, the part is no longer available but he did show me how to change it out if I’m able to find one.

Efficient, Professional, Friendly. I was really thankful I felt comfortable asking questions and clearly understood the next steps. Very happy with my service today!! Thank you. 100% would recommend 👌

The technician keot in contact regarding arrival time. He was prompt. Very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Left the workspace clean upon completion of service call.

The time I was given was a little ridiculous, I think it was from 8:00 a.m. this morning until like 5:00 p.m. this time next year.... Anyways, The guys who came were in and out so fast they reminded me of a few guys I used to date. Now if you'll excuse me i gotta go quit my job to go do 1000 1/2 lbs of laundry. Good times, Good times...

Ray was outstanding. He knew the problem with our dishwasher and fixed it well. There was another problem, and he ordered the part, came and fixed that also. He was professional, polite, knew what he was doing and did an outstanding job. Thank you, Ray and Sears.

My experience with this company was positive. I received very good communication from the technician. However, my issue was not solved independently from the company.

We have decent air conditioning finally after 4 years. Our other warranty kept sending people out to fix it but they always said there is nothing they can really do to fix it. Summer should be much better for us this year! Thank you
