Michael serviced my air conditioner and we discovered my thermostat was bad. He was able to change it out the same day, very professional, personable, would highly recommend him. I will definitely be asking for him again.

Very nice and knowledgeable

He came and decided the doors were closing correctly and didn’t need to have the seals replaced because they closed for him. I am going to put food back into the freezer and fridge and hope it doesn’t happen again. I bhave already lost freezer food when I twice woke up in the morning and found the doors open in the past two weeks. He was willing to grease them but if they work ok I didn’t need that. I will watch them for the next 90 days as he said I can call back within that timeframe and he will come back at no charge. So I will see. If I loose any frozen food I will expect compensation from you. Last time I did not loose all the food in the freezer but all the food close to the door was defrosted and was not healthy to eat. I will let you know if it happens again.

Technician was kind, efficient and showed us what needed done in the future to keep from having problem again.

* The technician arrived on time, explained what the problem was, and fixed it. He also went above and beyond by fixing another problem w that were caused by the alarm company. The problem he fixed was remounting the thermostat on the wall. The alarm company technician did not secure the thermostat properly. I am one happy customer. Thanks!
