Great customer service. We called and received service the same day. MIQUEL was our technician. He was able to come earlier than scheduled. He was very knowledgeable. And fixed our problem. Very happy customer.

Star Quality Air is top notch, from answering the phone to the onsite person to discuss your needs. Should I replace or repair? They will guide you through the process. Our site is a commercial site, and we had to replace a 5-ton system and have 2 other units repaired. The installers were on time and professional, and the repair was the same. The pricing was as discussed and there was no hidden cost. They are a solid company and are great to work with.

Star quality performs routine checks and maintenance to our complex. They left a note that we were low on coolant. The ac was working well, but we took their advice and had them service it.They said they added 1 lb of coolant. I paid the bill. The next day the ac froze up and blew very warm air. They returned and had to add 4 lbs. I said whatever they did at the first visit caused the need for more coolant. They checked the system for leaks and found none. The ac worked fine after the 2nd visit but they still charged me again for the 4 lbs and a leak check. Since my unit was 10 years old, I decided to replaced it by Arnold AC. I just wanted the right job done and be fair. They should NOT have charged me for their 2nd service since it was their fault. By not treating me fairly nor crediting me for their mistake, they lost a brand new installl .I will say that the receptionist is very nice and professional. She is the reason for the 3 stars instead of 2.

The Technician made me feel comfortable on the service repair process.

First time service with this company and we were more than pleased. Our techs name was Randy.. Very knowledgeable, very thorough, but most of all, he didn't come across like a salesman, he was just the friendliest man,by that i mean.. He didn't just come in and do his work.He would tell us as he went along what he was doing , what he had found , and then he moved forward , and he found nothing but he gave us a few hints.. Not only that , they have a yearly special at $ 139.00 for 2 services whereas one service is 95.00.. Which he told me when I asked what amount I owed him, he said, well, you didn't schedule for the special we have, but I will honor it so if you just want to pay the $139 today.Then we owe you a visit in 6 months to check on and service.Your AC unit. AC tune up.. So if you're looking for honest , nice and knowledgeable , I suggest you give them a shout , thanks again. And I don't know how long that special at that price is available.. But I do suggest you guys try to get in on it.Not just for the price , but for that down home feeling and trust. The reason for the long post we have had some pretty horrific stories and we all know in the state of Florida, our ACS are overworked and will about pay or do anything anybody tells us we need to be done to stay cool. I no longer want to be part of that ..I like the honest thorough business man.

Great company! Every time I’ve called with an issue they come out same day and are so helpful and informative. Matthew has helped me twice now and was wonderful both times. He even taught me some tips and tricks with the thermostat, as it can be finicky. Also Brenda and Carmen at the office are both incredibly kind and well organized. If you are a customer- please hold the bottom of the tall ladders for these guys, if they are getting up on the roof or in the attic it is the least we can do to be kind and make sure they don’t break a leg trying to help us.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Star Quality Air Conditioning. Our AC system was in critical need of a Pull-and-Clean maintenance action to restore the evaporator coil unit to an optimum functioning condition. Their Service Technician, Matthew, gave full attention to the details in performing this much needed and overdue maintenance. Matthew went above and beyond expectations in fully resolving the issues experienced with our system. Their Maintenance Coordinator, Alicia, is very professional at interacting with customers and in communicating throughout the process ensuring work satisfaction. I was so impressed by Star Quality Air Conditioning that I am also signing up for their annual maintenance service. I can say without a doubt I highly recommend this company for your air conditioning needs.

We had James as our technician. He went above and beyond. Informed us of all our needs but didn't pressure. He was friendly and seemed like an honest genuine guy, i would hire him. Would recommend 100%!

Star Quality Air Conditioning Company providers were Eric and Kyle . We bought a new AC unit from Star. They were so professional with the installation process. They removed the old unit and took it away . They worked efficiently and cleaned up floors etc . You couldn’t tell anyone had been here !!

I have been a customer of Star Quality for several years & they have always provided great service. Last year they installed a new complete AC unit & it has been working perfectly. Today Matthew came for the 6 month maintenance & he was very knowledgeable, professional & did a great job. He even took the time to go through everything he did (with pictures). After the AC maintenance he also performed a thorough cleaning of our dryer vent (could not believe the built up lint that came out of that vent!!) & he did a fantastic job with that as well. They respond quickly & with fair pricing & I would recommend this company to anyone who needed AC services. They are all great from the owner, to Alicia in the office, to the AC techs. They deserve 5 stars!

Recently, our air-conditioning system went down. My wife had called at least four heating and AC companies.
Prices range from high to low, but you didn't know their quality of work. Then our Neighbor suggested. "Star Quality Air "
The individual who we spoke to on phone was a total professional, basically just asked us a few simple
questions about our system.

As a newcomer to Vero Beach, it's been a pleasure dealing with Beachland and the Gagliardi family. They are current with the latest technology in HVAC and totally honest and reputable. I give them 5 stars!
When I bought my condo 3 years ago, I selected them to install a new system (condenser and air handler for me) after getting in 4 bids.
Their proposal called for a state of the art system, and at a fair price. I am totally pleased with the installation - - very quiet and very energy efficient. ( FYI - their bid stood out in a crowd as another major HVAC company in VB tried to sell me builder's grade models for 20% more). Today, their service tech came to perform 6 month check up and he was great!

Great company and terrific experience. Technician called and texted promptly. Installed 2 new thermostats that can be controlled remotely. Walked me through each step and we were up and running in minutes. Could not have been easier. Highly recommend Rob and Beachland.

Rob and his team are very professional and knowledgeable.
They have been out to our condo several times because our condensor and air handler were improperly installed by a different company .
The Beachland team has had to repair every part of the prior install , and they have done it in a quality way and at very fair prices.
Our A/C went out on the Friday before Memorial day. I called Rob for help at 4:30 pm and he had a repair person at my condo within a half an hour.
That is super service to me. Jim
