We mange several rental properties in the area, and Comfort zone was referred to us by a trusted friend. i am happy to say They did not disappoint. From my very first contact I was greeted with great care and understanding. They quickly got to the job, diagnosed it and provide a very professional assessment. they even helped with a temporary cooling solution to help make the home comfortable while we waited for the new system to arrive. Comfort zone took extra care to communicate with us every step of the way and competed the project exactly as they said they would. My heat went out in the frigid cold and when I called Jim answered right away and sent tech in about an hour.
Rich was awesome. He was polite ,friendly very capable and fixed problem quickly. I highly recommend Comfort Zone services.

They have been a wonderful company to work with. I have been using them since 1999 while they had a different name. Jim is an incredible person and his business really shows his reflection. Honest. Reliable, Professional, Quick, Respectful, This is the company you want to use for all your HVAC needs.

Think your HVAC company is good. YOU DON'T KNOW JIM, THE OWNER OF COMFORT ZONE. We had a no-heat problem with 31 degree nights coming. A technician came out the same day and thought the problem was fixed. It wasn't. I contacted Comfort Zone the next day and Jim was out TWO HOURS LATER. A partial fix. And Jim can back the next day (INTERRUPTING HIS WEEKEND FOR MY BENEFIT) on Saturday. You just don't get that kind of service and attention any more. JIM AND COMFORT ZONE DID. A 5-star for sure!!!

Very responsive to our needs, Old AC failed on a Sunday during our last cold snap. Got a call back next morning ,tech was at our house by 11. By 1:00 we were signed up for a new install , Thursday at 9 AM 2 men arrived and were done by 3. Quality of their work was excellent. I have used them for service in the past and it is the best I have ever received . Would recommend them to anyone.

Matt came to do my 6 month check up they installed a whole new a/c system for my house 6 months ago great company very nice people to work with all in all very satisfied customer. Matt explained everything he did today top notch sevice!!

The service tech that came was very thorough and I would like to request him for future maintenance visits and set it up. I would also like to move ahead with the adding the surge protect.

Beyond expectations! I needed a complete new system with an AC handler and compressor and from the initial quote inspection to installation to completion each and every technician was qualified, experienced, respectful, and a joy to work with. Daniel and Matt did the installation and I feel like I truly got the A-Team with these guys. They worked tirelessly all day and they had such a good working symbiotic relationship with each other. They kept me updated throughout the process and asked me questions about placement where necessary. The price was very competitive and I would hire them all over again.

I called multiple shops, including the old place I used for bi-yearly service for evaporator coil replacement. Star quality air not only beat the other prices by a lot, they were extremely nice and professional on the phone and there Tech was very knowledgeable and professional. Live Savers!!! I also switched and signed up for the maintenance program with star quality air. Brittany and her staff are awesome!!!

Star Quality is a top notch company who follows through with great communication. I had a new Trane air conditioner installed this week and the techs explained things very well, answered all questions and showed photos of all work done. They were efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and were always on time. Brittney was excellent to work with and really cares about her customers. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I was referred to Star Quality when my central air stopped working properly on a Saturday afternoon. The tech, Jonathan, arrived within an hour and had my house at a cool temperature in no time! He was extremely kind, respectful, and didn’t get upset with all my questions. I definitely recommend this company not only for emergencies but for all HVAC needs.

Star Quality sent James when my AC decided to quit at 5:00pm sharp! I had to wait as he was the only one on call, but he was amazing! He really went above and beyond for me. He was very thorough, funny, and polite. I have not seen this level of meticulousness and care before and he is who I would like from now on. He is truly a keeper so please treat him well! Anthony helped me with picking out the right unit! He was extremely personable and listened well, while giving me great suggestions! The install crew was also very professional! They were helpful, took their time, and did a wonderful job. The call center ladies are super sweet. Everyone who I’ve communicated with my new AC company are top-tier!

Chris Bronson (service tech) did a fantastic job troubleshooting shooting the leak in our AC system. Fixed it thoroughly and recommended parts to insure our AC system lasts. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and well spoken. Definitely knew his trade. Will only ask for Chris in the future!

recently had the pleasure of working with Star Quality Air Conditioning, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service from start to finish. Brittany handled all the scheduling and coordination for me — she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She even worked directly with my insurance company, which was a huge help and saved me a lot of time and hassle.
On the day of the service, Carlos and Dayrn came out (on a Saturday, no less!) and did a fantastic job. They were professional, thorough, and respectful of my home. They cleaned my entire HVAC system and all the ductwork, and the difference in air quality was noticeable immediately. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless when they finished.
