come to my home and do repairs. They were there the same day and did repairs while I was out of state . Tex called me and explained everything.
He did repairs and called me back . expert service and a very fair price.Highly recommend them

Phillip showed up right away, on the same day we called Advanced Air Conditioning, and was on time. He looked over our unit that had stopped working that day and was able to identify a part that needed to be replaced, rather than the whole unit as another company had stated. It's been a couple of weeks and the unit is cooling better than before after they replaced the part. I would highly recommend them!

Our AC suddenly stopped working, and after calling around 1:30 PM, we were pleasantly surprised to have someone at our house by 4 PM the same day. Jay was incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process. He quickly diagnosed the issue without trying to upsell or complicate things unnecessarily. We had called because our unit wasn’t working properly and the owner Phillip Brantley was so pleasant and friendly and sent a great ground manager Jay to handle our unit issues. Jay was such a breath of fresh air with his skills and knowledge about what was taking place with our unit. He sent out the work order for the parts that was needed it was past 5 pm on a Friday,so we got our unit repair fixed on Monday. So grateful 🥹 to have such an awesome 👏🏽 job completed hazel free and they also cleaned 🧹 up after the job was done. Will definitely 👍 use them again 💥😎🤙🏾🌺🖤🌺🙏🏾

Advanced has my strongest recommendation! We recently built our house using another HVAC company. When they were done, one of the units didn’t work right and for 2 years we complained about the noises it made at startup and running. They were back several times and it never improved. We decided to go with Advanced given a referral we got and we were amazed after the first maintenance visit. The thing is humming along like it should be. Adjusted it to perfection in a hour. They took the time to describe what they were doing and installed a condensation drain box that will make clean out so much easier. Very pleasant and professional both the owner and the technician. So happy we came across them.

100% true story. Mechanical One charged me $350 for diagnostics trip and leak test. Gave me a quote on a Friday for $2000 to repair a line set leak. Told me they couldn't get to it over the weekend and would call me Monday to schedule. I called them Monday at 9am, and they said they would call me back. I called Advanced Air at 9:15. They arrived same day at 11am. Repair was completed by 1:15pm. They bypassed the cracked line appropriately. Total bill was $611. Unreal. I will call Phil and his crew again, no doubt.

UPDATE February 2026: Bought a brand new Rheem air-conditioning unit for my home six months ago today from Advanced Air Conditioning and Heat. I’ve been using them for a couple of years since I moved to Sebastian and they’ve always been awesome to work with, professional, and always get it right the first time. Today was the six month anniversary of my new HVAC unit. It has been working beautifully so of course everything checked out great. The AC was ice cold during the summer and the heat worked wonderfully during these cold days that were so unexpected and rare in Sebastian. Dakota came to do the service and he is fantastic. He was on time and the company always let you know ahead of time that they’re on their way and how far away they are, etc. It makes for planning my day extremely pleasant and easy. I highly recommend this company for all your air conditioning and heating needs. The owner, Phil, is very hands-on and I love that about a company. He’s very honest and reliable, inspiring my trust in him and his team.

UPDATE August 2025: If you want and need an honest, reliable, professional, and reasonable air conditioning company in Indian River County, look no further than Advanced Air Conditioning and Heat in Vero Beach. My air conditioning system finally died after 10 years. The owner, Phil, has always been unbelievably helpful to me since I moved to Sebastian 2 1/2 years ago. I got very lucky when I found Phil and his guys, Jay and Dakota, because they have been long time employees of Phil‘s and they’re always extremely competent when they’ve come out to my home over the years to service my unit. In fact, when I first met Phil, I was actually looking to replace my system when I bought this house. He actually talked me out of it because he thought that with proper maintenance and upkeep, my system would last a couple more years. It did actually last another 2 1/2 years and died this week. I was not hesitant at all to have Phil counsel me on what system to replace it with. He is so honest, reliable, and just a truly, truly great guy who knows his business. I had my system installed today by both of his regular guys who have been with Phil for many years. Dakota and Jay were on time, did a fantastic job installing my new system, cleaned up as if nothing ever happened, and made sure to check everything before they left. Do not look any further if you need any type of service for your HVAC system in Indian River County. They really know their stuff.

I recently had to Replace my Heat Pump system due to age (end of useful life). I chose Advanced A/C & Heat, they did a Fantastic job from start to finish.
After receiving quotes from other AC contractors, I called Advanced A/C and spoke with Phil Brantley. I was amazed at the difference between this company and previous quotes. I had a wonderful experience with Advanced Air. My a/c went out overnight and Phillip was quick to set up a repair appointment when I called in the morning. The Service Tech, Dakota promptly arrived, was thorough, found the problem and explained the repair process. All this at an affordable cost. We chose them because they provided an extremely detailed and thorough quote and gave us the specific reasons for each of the recommendations made for our home. Phillip was our initial contact and after the mandatory home visit to inspect our current system, he explained, in detail, what would transpire in the installation of a new system and what was necessary for us to benefit from a $2000 federal tax credit. I was the potential victim of a upsell from another AC company. Thankfully, I called Advanced AC. The repair that was quoted as 1845.00 was done by Advanced for $785. AC back up and running fine. The other company wanted to sell me another AC unit for. $11K because my AC was in need of replacement (12 yrs old) instead of paying the $1845 for a repair. Needless to say, I will be using Advanced AC from now on.

I am their biggest fan now! Great workmanship, honest people, great explanations and documentation of what happened, they recommend stuff that lasts, and they are very competitive in pricing, especially for the quality if the install. I love the clean out and the shut offs, just that attention to detail for long term maintenance. Best A/C company I have ever used, they made a customer for life.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this company. I felt very positive about my interaction with the technician. I did not feel as though I was being deceived or coerced into purchasing unnecessary items, and he kindly provided me with some straightforward maintenance tips to enhance my system's performance, thereby reducing the need for frequent service calls.

On time and they cleaned the premises after themselves leaving it like they were never there. Best company in town first time they took care of my problem not only that gave an extra cleaning second time here replace thermostat and told me all the problems with the heat. They have always been very kind when calling to schedule a service, I enjoyed speaking with Mr Brantley and scheduling he's always very kind.
