Owner didn’t know terms of warranty with Lennox and cost me $800 because I wasn’t told that I needed a certain thermostat installed with the system to qualify. I relied on this rebate in my price comparison.

Follow up service was not good. They knocked loose some of my recessed ceiling lights on installation. I called as I noticed hot air and humidity was getting into the house. The guy that came said he could t “reach it” and left without making sure I was satisfied. Pro is that they did the installation efficiently.

Completed within an hour. Price was reasonable & paid on the spot.

We had purchased a house a year ago and our son stays in our guest house with these dropping temperatures. We found out that the guest house had no heat. We called Bates, They sent Ryan to our rescue! He figured out the problem swiftly he was Respectful, Thorough, And got the job done! My son now has heat and we will definitely keep Bates for any future situations!

I had the opportunity to have the Bates heating & Air came out to my house. I called them because my system was not working and we have a four month old baby. They sent out a technician the same day and was able to diagnose the issue and get my system up and going with the repair the technician gave me several options and made the repair affordable. I felt like they were very professional and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Recently switched over to Bates from another company and am very pleased with the service in which we received. I was alerted via automated text when the tech was headed to our location and our tech (Matt) was very nice and respectful when he showed up at the beginning of the service window. He informed me of what he was going to be doing today and wanted to let me know he would be in the attic (where the unit was located) for alittle longer than what I was use to with the last company as "Here at Bates we like to be thorough with readings and pictures of your unit to put into your file". After performing the maintenance Matt went over the details of our system and even reviewed the picture with me. After service, I received the invoice with the pictures which is something I was not use to with our previous company who were maintaining our system for 8+ years. A+ Service here at Bates and I am so glad I took the leap to switch from our previous company to Bates! Would highly recommend!

We purchased a $30,000 total AC system including new ductwork from Air Docs 6 months ago. Their rep, Joe, came out several times and was very diligent in getting the sale. The system was supposed to be more efficient than our older system. However, our July, August and September AC bills were 50% higher than last year even though average Vero temperatures were lower for those same months in 2024. Tried to get help from Joe and he was not helpful at all. Simply wanted to get me off the phone and "call the office". Another service rep came out but could find nothing wrong. Very unhappy with the end results and follow up.

The customer service is fantastic setting up appointment with all the details. The Tecnichian was very kind, knowledgeable and hard working. I have used Air Docs for all my air-conditioning needs. They have replaced 2 of my units as well as perform maintenance 2 times a year. All of the technicians have been professional, friendly as well as keeping work areas neat and clean.

Just over a month ago I needed to change my HVAC system and man I am so happy I called Air Docs of Treasure Coast. From the initial free consultation with Joe to the very first check up they have exceeded every expectation I had. The install was done in one day and the crew was phenomenal. A two day install done in one day, and without taking any shortcuts. I decided to go with the top of the line system they offer because of my family dealing with allergies and to minimize operating cost. As they say “the proof is in the pudding” I was paying over $400 dollars a month in energy bill and my bill is now just a little over 200. Yep, the savings alone paid for this system just in case you were wondering.

Today has been the second service I get from a 10yr package and I must say Mr. Joe professionalism and expertise is refreshing in this business. He takes great care of my system and is always a pleasure having around. Because of this service they will forever gain my business. Thanks Joe

Air Doc's was a great and easy experience, helpful, and the communication was excellent. The crew was very friendly and thorough. If you don't give them a call you will be calling the wrong company. I can't say enough about them.

Josh promptly came to our home and checked our A/C. He explained the issues and we determined that we would replace the complete air conditioning system.
Three days later Tyler and Duane showed up early and completed the install. Both guys barely even took a break.
If you're looking for timely professional service I would definitely recommend Airdocs.
