It has been a horrible week here in Florida but I found a gem hidden in the massive number of AC + service companies. I was in a bind and without any previous service with Air Docs I was treated with respect and urgency. From the original service tech, Brandon, who diagnosed the problem and thoroughly spelled out my options on my 14 year old system to Joey & Damon who installed a new system I felt informed and confident in what I was being sold. Though it wasn’t what I wanted to happen, I’m glad I did a complete replacement. My home even spells better with the duct work being sanitized and they replaced the floor base and cleaned all areas. I’m thrilled with this company and know my future with them is bright.

Air Docs installed our initial heating and A/C unit. We recently had a failure of our system and they provided the utmost service and in a timely manner. Their employees whom I have been in contact with were caring and quite efficient, providing quick repair.

I would like to leave an excellent review on technician Jaleel. He came to do routine maintenance today and much like his first visit months ago, he is a very polite, courteous, and knowledgeable professional. It is always a positive experience and he brings great credit to the AirDocs brand. He deserves some recognition.

I had to reschedule my appointment for the next day and it was no issue. It was all done by text. (No waiting on the phone). Today a technician came by for a scheduled 6 months hvac check-up. He was very professional. To come in the house, he got shoe covers to not to get dirt on the floor. He checked the thermostat and then went outside to check the 6 month old unit.
It was raining 🌧 but he didn't mind. He went on opening and closing panels. After 25 minutes or so we shook hands and he was on his way.
I recomend AirDocs for their profesional staff, techs and way of conducting business.
PS. Forgot to mention that AirDocs had sent me a very nice wooden cutting board engraved with their name. ❤️

Technician was very professional and very informative of my a/c which has not been checked for 3 years. Arrived on time and spent ample time to check my system. I will use Airdocs again and recommend them to anyone needing a/c service.

Air Docs was very service oriented and got us scheduled for an appointment right away. Notified the technician arrival with a picture so we knew who was taking care of our service. Joseph was very professional and knowledgeable with explanation of the service.

air docs was referred to my son by a coworker turned out great i called and was set up with Josh Coburn because my unit was freezing up and he took the time to check and show me where all the problems were and he was right my system was old and in real bad shape. he showed the cost of the part that was needed and we decided to have a new unit installed. Josh was very straight forward no bs stories just great customer service. He had us set up to have a new unit installed the very next day. by 10 am the next day Joey and Jon (team-2) was prompt very considerate, knowledgeable, especially professional, and just as important they did a great installation. they were very informative and very respectable of our home. we also learned a lot because they clearly answered all of our questions. the way my wife and i feel right now ia we made a great decision to call air docs. we very strongly recommend this company for all of your hvac needs. it,s sad i can only give 5 star rating be cause Josh, Joey, and Jon all deserve a 10 star rating. thank you gentlemen for a job well done

I recently had a new system installed by Air Docs. The technicians were excellent – very professional, respectful of my home, and the quality of their installation work was top-notch. They clearly take pride in what they do and I have no complaints about the performance or craftsmanship of the job itself.

However, my experience on the sales and communication side was not as good. I was told the installation would be a one-day job and that the A/C would be running by the end of the first day. In reality, it was a 2–2.5 day job, which normally would not have been a problem if I had been told ahead of time. The incorrect information created scheduling conflicts, and it also put the technicians in an awkward position because they were the ones who had to explain the situation on-site.

I also reached out to the owner during the process to discuss the issue, but I did not receive a call back until the next day. When we did speak, I shared some constructive feedback about the sales experience and the phone/AI answering system not working properly. Unfortunately, the conversation became defensive instead of productive, which was disappointing.

In summary:

Installation & Technicians: 5/5 – Excellent work, great attitude, and high quality.

Sales & Communication: Needs improvement – Accuracy and responsiveness are important, especially when scheduling multi-day work.

If the communication side matched the quality of the technical work, this would have been a flawless experience.

PS Wanted to thank you guys I have seen a decrease in power bill buy about 2/3 from last months this was a saving of $260 from the prior month of October.

This company was easy to schedule, had excellent follow up and was on time.
They were considerate of my home and completed the service efficiently. They offered me options for improving my system and didn’t pressure me into anything I wasn’t prepared to invest in. They showed me photos of the key elements of my inside and outside and explained what they completed. I was pleased and signed up for the membership to keep my unit running great.

Tristan came by today to provide our biannual air-conditioning unit maintenance. He came on time, was well dressed and professional in appearance, a good communicator, with a great attitude. He serviced both units with care and confidence. It was a very nice experience, and I have zero complaints.

We have their ongoing maintenance plan for $199 per year, where they visit twice per year to maintain the units, so there was no charge today.

I renewed my annual plan happily.

I had a complete system replacement and have continued with service every 6 months. I've been very pleased with the technicians who come for the service. They are professional, answer all my questions and I don't feel like they are trying to get more money when they visit. I've already recommended Air Docs to a co-worker who had her system replaced by them as well.

Machi took care of me today. He is an Excellent technician. I appreciate all the thorough explanation and work he performed,plus excellent customer service. Totally recommend AirDocs Heat and Cooling for your AC needs. Next time I need service. I will for sure. Request Mr. Machi

We received a mailer from Air Docs for a free service call to prepare for summer. Our Tech, Josh came out and walked us through a thorough inspection of our system. He carefully answered all our questions and alleviated all our concerns. We opted for a new thermostat that dramatically upgraded our system. I’m fairly handy and try to do all our home maintenance, but there was no way I would have been able to complete this install. Josh was knowledgeable and honest. His aim from moment one was to maximize the efficiency of our system, not to upsell. Highly recommend Air Docs and truly appreciate Josh’s efforts. We are prepared for a South Florida summer.

Air Docs is a great overall company from top to bottom. The install department is the best in the county bar none. They are very well trained and do nice neat work. The service side of the company is very professional and always on time. Ive been working in the hvac field for all my life pretty much and im here to tell u this company is a company u can depend on.

Had 2 Air Docs technicians too replace and clean the HVAC and duct. Excellent work was done by both would want them back if needed.

My first experience with Air Docs and they were great! Easily made tune-up appt. online. They called me back within minutes and arrived within a couple hours. There were frequent updates via email, text and the technician called, updating arrival time. Tommy was friendly, efficient and answered my questions. The Tune-up Special was a great price and they provided a detailed invoice of work description and options. Air Docs will be my call in the future for all of my heating and cooling needs!

Air Docs came in within 24 hours assessed my needs, made recommendations, got me squared. The team was professional, honest and proficient with their skills. From start to finish the technicians had my families best interest, it was not about making a sale . They were well informed and willingly passed on that information. Keith was able to come out and install a new water heater the same day. He was prompt and transparent and I can take a hot shower again! Would definitely recommend Freedom and Keith to friends in the future.

I called several a/c companies because our house was 85 degrees and getting hotter. Everyone said they'd come out the following day, but not Freedom Air! I called at 5:05 p.m., they informed me they'd be there between 5:00 and 8 p.m. They were at the house by 5:30, checked everything out and fixed the issue in less than an hour! And were very reasonably priced! Extremely happy with their service and promptness! Highly recommend!
