Archie arrived on time and repaired the system promptly. He then started with the system maintenance. We were grateful that he recommended our systems very old electrical box be upgraded to a safer box with a nice discount. He is honest and trustworthy.

Quick response with a tech same day and all downhill from that point on.

First tech was polite but admitted he couldn’t figure out the issue after an hour. No problem at all, I’m understanding.

Day 2, second tech is 4 hours late and gives up after 20 minutes. Again I’m patient.

Day 3, third tech is able to diagnose what he believes is the issue. Says he fixed it temporarily and will have the part ordered for replacement. Temp fix lasted 2 days, maybe 3.

3 weeks and 5 phone calls later, no one can tell me where we are in the process, or if the part has even been ordered. Talked to multiple people in the office and no one got an answer and called back. I was just left on we will find out and get back to you….. 5 different times.

6th call was to tell them to keep the service call money, fire them and tell them to never contact me again.

3 weeks with no HVAC system in central Florida is why they deserve 1 star. I’ve never had anyone conduct business this poorly. All I asked for was communication. If the part wasn’t available or backordered that’s all you have to say. I simply received no answers.

The install was thorough and well done. New copper, PVC, and some wiring. Very happy with the results so far.

A seal under my bladder tank started leaking. Abe B came out, located the leak, and then resolved the issue. He was awesome the entire time. I will continue to use Freedom Air and Plumbing when I need work done.

Breyson V did an awesome job with the HVAC maint.

My ac broke and had to call for emergency service. The people scheduling service were super kind and efficient giving us an accurate ETA and a heads up call before our technician arrived. Randie M. Was super knowledgeable, respectful and had all the tools to service the ac unit. He was also able to answer our questions, educate us on how to take care of the unit and suggested future considerations for the unit. Happy with the service!

I called Freedom to detect a water leak in my master bathroom and specifically asked them to detect the water leak.I already knew I had a leak I called them to detect it and give me a quote to fix it. They gave me a choice of repiping my house or probably tearing up my bathroom floor and I would be responsible for restoring the damages.
Then they proceeded to tell me it would cost another 840.00 dollars to detect the leak on top of the 89.00 dollar service fee to come over and tell me I had a leak
Needless to say I found a person to detect a pinhole in a pipe behind my vanity and fixed in a matter of 30 minutes tops. All for 200.00
Freedom is misleading and was dishonest.

Greg came to do a 6 month maintenance on our AC system. He was pleasant and efficient and identified a problem with a valve. It was covered under warranty, and he got the part and fixed the problem the same day. His knowledge and experience were obvious. We were very pleased with the quality of service Greg provided. Freedom Air is fortunate to have Greg representing them... a true asset to the company and should be valued accordingly. Thank you Greg .

Great local company! They come check on your AC to make sure it’s running great then give you a discount if it needs parts or whatnot…. Randie went above and beyond and was very kind. He explained everything in such a professional manner. I used to use a smaller company located around the corner, but these guys text to remind me and make appointments! They even take applepay :)

Darriel is absolutely terrific. Great great technician and a wonderful man. There are very very few workers that have is abilities and a friendly and helpful personality. Keep him because he gives your business great quality service to the customers. He is a great man.

Working with this company was honestly a great experience, from the initial phone call to the technician. I had a bit of an emergency they were at my home in two hours! Not to mention I called at 4:30! The technician Keith was beyond professional and knew exactly what the issue was. I will definitely be calling them again!

John V at Freedom Air and Plumbing did a great job performing our semi annual maintenance! He took his time and was very thorough. Was here for about an hour going through the entire system and pointed out things to keep in mind for the future that might need to be addressed.

I found Tommy to be knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. He explained things to me to make sure I understood what was going on in my attic where the handler is located and options to eliminate my problem. Answering my many questions..That made me feel comfortable where a solution could be found.
